System issues
Unfortunately, the website interface was very poor. Both the chatbot, which appeared to get stuck on receiving a query, and the purchasing interface were in dire need of improvement. for instance, after processing payment, no alert was provided- just a return to the purchase screen. Only an email received later confirmed that the card had been processed. i expect that this leads to multiple orders by mistake.
As of now, we have not received the product, but are being asked to rate it. This seems to be a back-end issue.

So sorry to hear you were not happy with our current interface. The site does show an order successful message with a chance to print your order & then sends an automated confirmation email. It is possible this went into your spam folder due to the nature of our business. Only your bank will send alerts/notifications if you have the setting in your app turned on.
Our chat box is available when we are as it is not a robot. Sorry if we were not available when you visited, it should have given you a chance to leave your email so we can get back to you with any queries. Unfortunately since Covid are a tiny team.
We see your order has been sent to Israel which can take a little while. Delivery was attempted on the 6/09/22 please contact your local delivery service to arrange a re-delivery.
As we are a UK base company or system is automated to UK time frames, sorry that your email regarding a review was sent with in the time it takes to send items to Israel.
We will email you directly with your Royal Mail Reference in case our shipping confirmation email went to your spam folder.

I knew the shop already when it was still at Hoxton square and its a shame that it isn't there anymore.
It has probably been replaced by a pret manger, a bank or another boring multinational, which is examplary of the ‘dullification' of London and other big cities.
As there seems to be an ongoing war on joy and fun, I am very happy that you are still providing delight and ecstasy for females (and males of course)!
Keep liberating people with your amazing brand!

Unfortunately, even though we had everything ready, there were no Royal Mail pick-ups in most London areas on the 19th July due to the extreme temperatures experienced in the UK. This does mean your parcel was delayed by a day. Sorry about that! Great to see it made it by the 22nd
