Not cotton as advertised and badly made. No receipt with address to return for refund. Definitely NOT recommended.

Bedding lost and no support whatsoever from Seventh stitch.
Ignored several emails and phone messages. In fact they don't answer the phone at all.
Will not use again.

Promised 48 hour delivery, didn't happen, contacted and was told issue with courier. Asked to download Shop to track the parcel, I don't want to download anything like that, just use a reputable courier service and keep the promise of delivery, package arrived too late for it to be of use and to add insult to injury the customer is expected to cover the cost of return, This is a large item and will cost me! Appalling service, I could have walked to Manchester and picked the item up quicker than the delivery.

This is an SCAM Site. Order was incorrect - single duvets sent instead of king size. Also mixed manufacturer products of differing quality received. After contacting them I received a standard email saying I’d have to pay for returns. Tried phoning and number “not recognised”. Red Flags all round - do not be tempted.

My first order was for quite a few Mattress toppers, they apparently sent them out in 3 parcels, I was not told this, 2 parcels arrived and then I emailed to find out when the other 2 superkings would arrive. I was tols soon as it was a large order. Stupidly I ordered the rest that I needed. The second order came but was short when I emailed again they agreed and told me what they would send. this was wrong and after another email they sent the correct order.
Order 1 that I was still waiting for 2 super kings, the company sent me an email saying that they had sent them out with Evri and Evri delivered them. I told them we only had 2 parcels and the customer service I got back was " you have the tracking number sort it out with Evri" So I have paid for 2 Super Kings and have not got the goods.
What a Con!!!!

Best value i found for a mattress topper and it was easy to order and pay for and delivered free to my door within 48 hours. The mattress topper is exactly what I wanted and I'd definitely do business here again.

I PURCHASED A PINTUCK EGYPTIAN 100% COTTON DUVET SET FOR £22.99.ON THE PACKAGING IT SAYS SUPERSOFT FIBRE NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ECZEMA ALSO IT HAD STAIN ON IT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY SO MANY TIMES AND NOT GOT ANYWHERE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND ARE BREAKING THE LAW ON THERE FALSE PRODUCTS.

Ordered a 'Hotel Quality' Egyptian Cotton king fitted sheet. Within 3 months with regular domestic use the sheet had gone completely bobbly and has to be thrown away. Absolute rubbish quality.

I placed an order for 2 hotel quality duvets at the beginning of June. I immediately realised that “Shop” the company they use for payments, were delivering the packages to a shop in the city centre. I tried to contact Seventhstich straight away using the phone number on their website - which no longer exists - and then started emailing them to inform them that the address was incorrect. No response! Evri messaged me to say the parcel had been delivered to the city centre address, so I had to go there to collect them.
When I checked them, only one was the hotel quality I had ordered; again I emailed Seventhstich who responded with an apology and told me that I would receive a 30% discount which would be refunded to my account within 3 working days. Ten days later, I have not been reimbursed. I am now awaiting a response from them as to why they haven’t refunded me as promised.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!
