Store gave Evri the wrong address (it didn’t exist) so they were unable to deliver, they said they had updated the address correctly but I was unable to access any tracking details as it, once again, was not my address. Evri advised to go through company for refund as the address did not match mine and company tried to cut me off saying it was delivered. Pure scammers! Do NOT recommend buying, will seek other avenues for refund as they’re completely incompetent

I Ordered 4 items and was advised they were on their way. Waited 9 days and contacted the company to be told they had lost my parcel. They offered to refund or re send my items. But two of the items were no longer in stock so I would be refunded. I requested they still send the other two items. I received notification that they were on their way. 7 days later and no parcel or tracking notification I contacted the company and was informed that my parcel had gone missing yet again. I will not order from this company again.

The mattress topper is deep and well padded and feels snug on the bed, so overall a good product.what was less good was the response when tracking indicated it had been delivered when it hadn't. The response was slow and was told to be patient even though the delivery was later than the promised 2 days

This is a very honest review do not buy.
On the advert it looks solid.
In real life it’s like a thick duvet .

The item I received was not like the advertised product. I ordered a matress topper, the advertised one was very thick and bouncy, however the one i received was thin and a much poorer quality, very dissapointed.

I recently ordered a topper from this company, unfortunately when the topper arrived it was definitely not as described and advertised. The topper I received was poorly filled very lumpy in several areas and also did not reach to the ends leaving the box ends empty and flat.I left the topper to hopefully expand more and even out but after 3 days there was no improvement whatsoever. I contacted the company and they answered my email with a discount of 30% which I declined as the topper is not fit for use. I have since emailed several times and sent photos of my complaint. The topper shown on its site is not the topper they are supplying to its customers. Nor can the reviews be genuine if the this is the standard of product. But false advertising at its best. I have yet to receive a response to my emails.
Up date….. received a new response this morning offering me now 50% discount and I wouldn’t need to go to the expense of sending faulty item back. I again refused. I pointed out that under the sale of goods act faulty items are the responsibility of the seller and it clearly states on the advert free returns. I have requested a full refund and together with a pre paid returns label or a replacement topper of the quality I ordered. The company tries to wear you down with discounts and threats of postage charges. On the goods they are aware are faulty and substandard.

Rip off company ordered 4 pillows nothing like video or people selling them thin pillows not luxury or thick hotel quality like they state in false advertising not the same pillows on adverts. Sent back reciept clarified recieved then told refund denied even thou they recieved them unopened and in original packaging

Duvet arrived late. No one answers the phone or responds to email.
The item has been opened before it arrived.
I am now expected to pay for return postage for a used item.
I don’t know if I will get a refund

Item not delivered or trackable four working days after order placed. No response received to emails sent

My parcel has not been delivered. I thought it would have been here by now. Do you know where it is.

I ordered a ‘deep’ fitting mattress protector for my super-king sized bed. When fitting it for the first time, the skirting complexly laddered up the side like a pair of tights, there was faulty, poorly stitched seems in odd places, like the middle of the sheet and it didn’t fit the mattress as it wasn’t deep fitting at all. The sizes of the mattress protector are completely off and the quality is shocking to say the least. Customer service offered me 30% refund, then 50% refund for an item that is defective and not fit for purpose. I requested a full refund and wanted to send the item back as it is of no use to me!! They are now ignoring my emails, so I will have to contact my bank to try and remover the money. You would be better saving your money and buying form a reputable and high quality company- lesson learnt!

Not arrived yet … thought maybe because of the Christmas / new year holidays but we will see update ….. ARRIVED NOW …

My mattress topper was delivered to the wrong address evri admitted it was their fault but the response i got from this company was none nothing at all poor poor service from such a big company one email would of been appreciated.

Shocking quality! Sold as Egyptian cotton when in fact it’s the cheapest quality I’ve come across! Over priced for what is advertised! Do not trust this company! Headache sending back and getting a refund! Delivery was a joke to add insult to injury.

Rather disappointing, the mattress topper was not as shown in the video. The video shows the topper as having a waffle type material on the underside and certainly not as padded as shown, it is very flimsy and more like a duvet than a mattress topper.

Ordered a 10 inch mattress topper which was supposedly delivered within 48 hours. They provided proof of delivery when I complained which was not me or my doorstep and failed to do anything about it. I had to contact Evri but they told me to go back to supplier. No support or contact from them to rectify with replacement or refund so had to go through my bank. Useless customer service. Beware of their ignorance in this matter
