DO NOT USE - Quoting me for £1573+ vat for a part that costs £366 INCLUDING VAT and £413+VAT for selectors which cost £76.80 INCLUDING VAT, was quoted £7k for work needed it be done - ended up getting it for 2.4k at another garage with the SAME warantee, same parts, etc.

Great experience - they were able to replace my Nissan Qashqai Automatic CVT gearbox, and fix the electrical and engine issues. Ollie was the advisor I spoke to initially and all updates came through him till the very end. Very expensive but considering the amount of damage, it was expected (I bought the car off a dodgy dealer). They were upfront from the start about the estimated costs, so I had enough time to prepare myself. Would definitely recommend, especially if most mechanics can't resolve the problem. I went to 5 mechanics over the course of a year, none could repair the issues. Service4Service refused to give up on my car and eventually fixed all the issues.

They’ve been so supportive throughout my repairs, very friendly and polite and great customer service. They never failed to call and update me on the works of my car, delivered in a timely manner and called a week after the car was delivered to ensure everything was working okay and even have a finance plan as an option; including warranty etc.

Contacted Peter about a ford powershift gearbox problem .... he could not be more helpful.... car was picked up .... repaired and dropped back off in a professional manner and kept intouch with me every step of the way .... amazing customer service and highly recommended...thanks

James was my first point of contact he explained the whole process to me. once the car was picked up I was kept updated .
There was some delay with some of the parts but again James kept me informed . Since getting the car back it has been running perfectly . once again thank you James I would highly recommend service4service.

Pete Rozario at Service 4 Service is the most amazing guy to deal with that I have ever dealt with in my life. Nothing was too much trouble he was so lovely every time I rang. He would go the extra 100 miles to sort anything out I can’t thank him enough for his sevice and professionalism.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julian and the team. Very thorough and explained in detail at every step of the way. Family member recommended them and what a relief! I spoke to so many different companies before service4service and none of them took the time to properly explain the problems with my car like these did. I cannot thank you guys for your exceptional customer service and equally great customer experience. I am a returning customer because i was so impressed with the service i received last year and although i live in the center of london , find it hard to find a garage to carry out my MOT or service of my VW Crafter Camper van. I dug out the old emails and went onto to your website, filled out a request for an Intrim Service and MOT and within 4hrs recieved a phone call from Pete who confirm requirements and costs along with possible timings. The fact that you provide a collection & delivery service and at a very very competitive price is incredible. I had to cancel twice due to my circumstances changing on the day of collection but without any issue at all I received calls from Pete rearranging and organising a new time and date. Im not sure i can think of another business that gets it so RIGHT. Brilliant service guys.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I got from this company. From the first call to the day my car was dropped off, they have been professional, informative, polite, and have done everything they could’ve done to help me on this arduous journey. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Not only did they have a complicated repair to do on my car but they also had the added complication of dealing with the warranty company. I was kept abreast of everything that was going on throughout the repair and the communication was first class. Special thanks goes to James who I spent a lot of time talking to, and also to Peter. Both of these people are a credit to Service 4 Service and could not have done anything more to help me. Every time I called, they were friendly, helpful and I felt as though they were doing all they could for me. So now, my journey is over, I have my car back and I want to thank all of the team at Service 4 Service .

I have been totally impressed by the patience and help given to this 'old fogey', who not only loves her car, but also wants to know what's happening to it! So in that respect, at times, I would have liked to have known some more detail (so 4 not 5 stars) re what was wrong-but recognise that I had no knowledge at all re gearboxes - so it would have been a long conversation...! I always felt welcomed and have experienced the patience which my advisor showed me in all my questioning. He was available or became available either immediately or when I was given a time. Certainly the perfect front man! Thanks to all for your service - much appreciated. I was assured that if I need further advice, I should ring for it, which gives confidence. I will recommend you.

James was extremely helpful with the advice given when I was in a stressful position. He talked me through the background information I needed and tried to help with a solution. Pete is the perfect front man... He's a born communicator and extremely easy to get along with. My Kuga Powershift box was suffering from the various known problems they undergo. I was in a bit of a bind with upcoming holiday and a rural residence. Public transport not the greatest option in these parts. Fear not !!! Pete Rozario and Service4Service were at hand. He did everything he could to expedite matters to fit into my schedule. Other service providers just came back with a flat 'take it or leave it' approach. The car was collected within a couple of days, the work was scheduled, and the car returned in great working order. The only hang up, was a short delay in getting parts. This is a fact of life these days, but didn't delay work too long. Well done Pete and Service4Service... Thanks again !
