Disappointingly in the name “sensitive” and that’s just a maybe.
Completely generic. So I bought two tests that were completed by my sister and myself. The results came in and we were both excited to read it, however we were disappointed with the results. It gave us some completely nonsensical results that we both agreed were untrue yet it said we were 100% sensitive to BUT then I expect it’s all in the name …… possibly “sensitivity” and not allergic. So nothing life changing as described in the adverts. Save yourself the money and get a proper test with a professional.

There is a lot of confusion about the rest and looks like a lot of people wait for the test kit to arrive. The description before purchase should be cleared and state that what’s included and that postage is not included.

SUPER fast assistance and resolution
My daughter stupidly missed the email with her test instructions on it, for some reason she was waiting for a physical test in mail. I used their chat to get gelp and the problem was resolved by Emily within about 2 mins. She was kind and super helpful.

Have just taken my samples and sending…
Have just taken my samples and sending them back. So far the service has been great. The samples did take a long time to reach me in Australia and i started to worry I had been scammed but communication with live chat who sorted it all and i received my testing packs. Had some questions before sending samples and Kai on live chat was very helpful and fast to respond. Excited to see the families results.
