I placed an order and it shipped I received my shoe but not my purse! I have emailed several times no one has help me resolve the issue ! Yet they are still charging my account ! This is poor customer service and robbery! This was my second time ordering I was pleased with my first order . I will never order again ! I’m paying for an item I do not have!

We appreciate you leaving a review here but it would be even more appreciated if you actually replied to any of the five emails that were sent by our customer service team.
The parcel that you received was weighed to show both items included in the parcel. Fedex have also investigate and found nothing wrong. The team have asked you for specific information which you have not replied to but have rather first-hand have had the time to leave a negative feedback when the team has been consistent in replying to you within 24 hours of each email.

I received the refund from Sendègaro, after having had proof from the DHL team that the glasses were lost, now I read from this company (Sendègaro) that I signed but where? show my signature because I did not sign anything that day I waited at home then I went to work not so what are you accusing me of, I have never committed fraud or else it is certainly I would start doing everything I'm messing up for a refund since the glasses were a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law, honestly I will never come back to hear from you and I would ask you to weigh your words otherwise I will report you never again dare to accuse me because I have never done these things, these accusations are pure madness and you are ashamed, however I have the proofs signed by DHL with a lot of email and telephone conversation so your accusations are defamatory cover-ups, I have blocked you on messenger since you have harassed me of messages in deleting my feedback after I have waited months for your assistance be ashamed

However, we went beyond and still refunded you to ensure that we deliver the best customer service possible for all of our customers.
We are disappointed to see that you neglected the pandemic situations which will have caused delays for the investigation to be concluded.
