So after posting the true account of my experience Becky decides to refund my money (since the truth gets you banned from their site/credit issued is unusable) but then says SHN never got their money (it was a chargeback which I correct the same day since I did not recognize the WAAVE vendor name). I just emailed her a screen shot from my AMEX card showing that WAAVE got their money the same day (10/14) after I straightened everything out with AMEX. So either WAAVE screwed us both or SHN just wont admit they got their money.

All I want is what I paid for.

Update: They credited my account for the bad seeds. Back to being a happy Customer***If your thinking about buying from them I would be a little leery. I will change my review if they fix my order. These companies don't have very many regulations, if any at all. They can get away with selling bad products or "old seeds". They are hurting there business though. I bought 2 different strains and all 5 of 1 of them popped and in the ground now. All 5 of the other didn't pop. Considering all me and my spouses money goes towards Cancer related expenses we don't have a lot of Extra money. So getting ripped off $50 it sucks. At least I got the product. It just wasn't usable.

The reviews are rigged on their website. Their positive reviews tend to be about shipping (USPS first class mail) and not the actual product.

I bought quite a lot of seeds from them about $30 worth. However, not all seeds germinated and I gave bad review on what type didn't germinate and gave good reviews on the ones that germinated. However, their review system seems to be rigged as even with bad reviews the ratings seems artificially high for those products. a large portion of those positive reviews are about shipping.

I highly recommend seedsnow.com. Seedsnow has a solid selection of seeds on an easy to use and very informative website. The seeds are viable. Seedsnow.com takes pride in their business and products and they have outstanding customer service. The prices are competitive as well. I highly recommend seedsnow for seeds. They also carry other useful gardening essentials so you can get all or most of what you need with one stop. I am especially impressed by their medicinal herb selection. My garden looks lovely and has lots of yummy herbs and vegetables.

I ordered a seed bundle set (my first time ordering). However; a couple of the items, listed in the bundle, were sold out. I received substituted items, but I really wanted the items originally listed in the bundle. I contacted the company and received the missing seeds within 2-3 days! :) Amazing customer service and very happy with my order. I will definitely order from them again...maybe even exclusively from this site. :)

We love seedsnow! As a homeschooling momma we really look forward to spring gardening and new plants and varieties to grow. Our most recent package was sadly lost in transit NO worries seedsnow team rushed a replacement order and now our tribe is about to start our seeds and POTATOES! I would strongly recommend using seedsnow. Our last spring order had almost 100% germination rate, which as a gardener you now is a big deal!

I am a first time customer and am very pleased with the service that I have received. I reached out to Seeds Now shortly after I received my order because I thought I had a missing packet of seeds. They were willing to ship me a free packet of replacement seeds, but they didn't need to because I later found my missing packet of seeds.

E-mailed customer service with a question. They never got back to me.

Marigolds had 0 Germination. They even replaced with the same lot , 0 germination. Wrong Kohlrabi in the seed packet which was ok but unexpected.

Honesty.. Here goes.. I've been buying from seedsnow for several years. It's only gotten better. I've had a few seed varieties from them that refuse to germ (old seeds), but that's only a small not-so-popular handful of their hundreds of options! Whenever seeds fail to germinate, they immediately, and I add emphasis on IMMEDIATELY, send out replacements, even if they believe it is my fault. I've probably dished out over a hundred bucks in them, and I don't regret a single dollar, *except* the $2 I put into a good sized pack of devil peppers (which didn't germinate). I'm now an affiliate and I do much more than just recommend! 10/10!

I ordered some asparagus crowns and only half of them germinated. Sent email out to the company and they were very quick in sending out a replacement and issuing a partial refund too.

I noticed these guys get a lot of bad reviews for customer service, so I'd just like to share mine. We ordered ~$20 worth of seeds from SeedsNow.com. It took about a week for delivery which wasn't terribly bad, although I've been spoiled by Amazon Prime's 2 day delivery. We were heading out of town for a short weekend trip and when we got back on Monday, I noticed that there was no mail which was highly unusual to have no mail on Fri/Sat. Turns out, we were finally the victim of mailbox theft. They must've noticed the package and thought it was some kind of electronics that they could sell? They got my SeedsNow package, a Netflix movie, and Time magazine, so it was quite the payload.

I emailed SeedsNow's customer service email and got a response right away suggesting I contact my P.O. carrier, but I had a good idea it was theft, so I replied that I would just go buy some seeds locally, that I thought it was theft. Without hesitation, they offered to send me a replacement package and it arrived exactly 1 week from when the last package was stolen.

To me, this is a great example of going the extra mile. I told them it was probably no fault on SeedsNow's part, but they wanted me to get the product. Contrary to others complaining about the packaging, I consider that to be advantageous. The paper cartons don't preserve the seeds very well and you end up wasting time planting non-sprouting seeds. I'm hopeful that we'll be more successful gardeners with good seeds. May need the vegetables desperately if this corona virus persists through the summer.

I bought a pack of Jalapeno seeds, potatoes, and received a free spinach kit! All are doing wonderful, the potatoes are growing very rapid, the jalapeno seeds are doing great! Service was awesome! I'll write another review next order just in case the 5 stars isnt deserving.
