Très bonne expérience
Très bonne expérience, j’assure des colis chez Secursus depuis plusieurs années et j’ai eu pour la première fois à faire marcher l’assurance.
Colis arrivé au destinataire avec l’emballage déchiré et ouvert, le produit à l’intérieur était cassé.
Ayant respecté les consignes indiquées lors de la souscription et après avoir fourni tous les justificatifs requis, ma demande d’indemnisation a été acceptée sans aucun souci et le remboursement de tous les frais de SAV a été effectué sous 8 jours.
La procédure de réclamation est simple et les réponses sont rapides.
Je recommande ce service.

Nach einem Monat Geld erhalten
Ein Kunde aus Frankreich hat Anfang Juli behauptet, dass das Paket nicht angekommen wäre. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Dokumente an Securus eingereicht und innerhalb 1 Monat habe ich die Zahlung erhalten. Benötigt wurden z.B. Fotos der Ware, Paketlabel, Strafanzeige des Kunden, Strafanzeige von mir.. ( das war etwas umständlich ) aber alles in allem hat es funktioniert und ich habe die volle Erstattung erhalten ( 708 EUR )

I recently used Secursus to insure a high-value item during international shipping, and the experience was excellent. Guitar shipping.
As a keen guitarist I am always buying and selling instruments. No matter how careful you are. accidents do happen. An accident DID happen and Secursus accepted and processed the claim in full. And they'd only charged me a fraction of the insurance Parcel2Go (or any other shipper) wanted.
Based in France, but they speak English perfectly.
I couldn't reccomend them any higher.
Use them.

Really easy to use system, helpful staff and dealt with my claim swiftly.
Really easy to use system, and claiming for a damaged parcel was straightforward and honestly a lifesaver for me on a package that was badly damaged by USPS. They resolved my claim and paid me very quickly meaning I could refund my customer for the damaged goods. Excellent service I'll be using again in future.

Very good service, for insurance you can't beat the price and have had to claim twice now. 1st was damaged during delivery and the 2nd was a lost parcel which was £2500 in value. It took awhile as had to deal with parcel company as well but got the full amount back. So can't fault the service. Will continue to use through the business.

Second Hand Goods via ebay
I ship second hand Hi Fi via Ebay. The Ebay coverage via DPD did not cover me I learnt overtime due to the age of the items, so I started to look for alternatives, as I prefer to deal with DPD.
Securus provides me the insurance, even though Packlink, via Ebay turned me down, the claims agents for the compensation side of DPD.
I had need to claim therefore from Securus and they settled the claim promptly and politely.
I would recommend.

Achtung, vor Abschluss dieser Versicherung das Kleingedruckte in den AGB lesen!!!
Volle Abdeckung bei Verlust, Diebstahl und Beschädigung - tönt super, stimmt aber nicht immer!
Meine 2 Pakete (Inhalt waren Geschenke) wurden beim Versand von der CH nach GB beide beschädigt, Beweismaterial lag alles vor und wurde nach der Falleröffnung ordnungsgemäss eingereicht. Nach einigem hin und her wurden meine 2 Fälle abgelehnt, da ich als Privatperson nicht kommerziell und somit nicht der ursprüngliche Händler sei, darum als Drittperson gelte! Fazit: Secursus versichert offenbar keine Sendungen, die als Geschenke verschickt werden!
Auf meine Einwände hin gab's keine Reaktion auch nicht auf meinen Antrag zur Prämienrückerstattung, da ich für etwas bezahlt habe, welches gar nicht versicherbar sei! Sehr enttäuschend!
