Couldnt forfill order and when I have asked for my money back there have been no replies, nothing.

I love to support UK based companies and this company is a joke. You don't treat customers like this.

I have asked for a refund more than 4 times and sending to "Sam" and have heard nothing.

You shouldnt be taking money from people when you know you cant forfill the order.

Terrible company.

Still waiting for refund of order or indeed, plants, from November 2020. Promises broken then every communication ignored. I did part pay my order by PayPay and Pay Pal refunded that part, the rest was a SGC voucher given as a gift. Never again

Please do not pre-order from this Comany for delivery in Spring 2023, I ordered in November 2021 for delivery in Spring of 2022 and still waiting!
Even after numerous attempts at trying to contact the Company, your emails get ignored.
Why, this Company is still trading is beyond me.

Update of my previous review. After all my efforts to get a refund and never getting a reply, I received a reply asking for my order details, I sent them a screenshot of the confirmation email from them. Next, after weeks of waiting came a request for my bank account details to pay the refund into. I’d originally paid via PayPal but so much time had passed that they were unable to help. I sent them my bank details and was promised a refund within ten days, guess what nothing happened. It’s now 14 months since I placed the original order and I finally admit defeat. What a dreadful company this is.

Absolutely awful company BUT good news, I managed to get a refund back via my credit card chargeback so please everyone do the same.

Employees should be ashamed of all their lies of promised refunds, disgusting.

**(new update from their ridiculous update) They have a breakdown how NOT refund and multiple orders as to a day to day audit trail. Even the manoeuvres here you can read THAT tells enough. Stay away!

Fake multiple ghost shops, lavenderworld also is same company.
Not delivered whats been purchased over months and attempts and increase of purchases to 'fix it' no even 1 of 4 was done
No refund either (a pitty tenner from over £50)
Support is awful, management team worst and is all very dodgy you cant get to anyone properly. They have a broken business, broken processes, and systems and AWFUL operations.

The official notice from citizens advice sent by tracked mail have not even been responded as required.
Also they are building quite a 'reputation' just look at this thread. As they have disabled google reviews and hide access to customers reviews we cant seem to be able to alert others from their bad actor. It certainly feels like a SCAM

I can confirm a response letter has not been recieved nor the refund from total spend yet today
nor a a proper treatment
nor apology
nor compensation

Again there is a continuation of information blocking to their C-execs by the broken operations team and systems

Having a placed a large order in December 2021, I expected Dahlia tubers to arrive in January as per the company promise;they didn't arrive of course and still haven't to this date.
The rest of my order was a May pre-order so in my emails of January, February, March and April, I asked WHEN I would receive both parts of my order.
The first reply stated that all of my items were out of stock and I would get a refund. I replied back, incredulous, as they were still offering many of the May pre-order items in January and throughout the above mentioned months. This first reply was in January, so they couldn't be out of stock or surely this would show next to the items still listed for sale... Surely....
Well, the second response stated that my order would be delivered in full in May... Despite many queries by myself, there was a refusal to acknowledge what had happened with the Dahlia tubers (due last January).
Banners across their 'delivery' page of their website stated 'May pre-orders will be despatched at the end of May' when I tried again to contact throughout April and again in May. No phone number to contact them, no replies to my emails. In May, customers were advised to contact them via a different email address for May pre-orders, this just lopped me back to the page on the website telling me to click the link for May pre-orders. After submitting several complaints, I received a reply directing me... You guessed it... The same link that didn't work.
The best bit was when they suddenly and without warning wouldn't let customers sign into their accounts after May - alleging their website had been updated and we had to sign in again and follow the link for a new password. None of which worked, they assumed all evidence of existing orders had been wiped I gather, but I took screenshots of the process along the way.
The only communication I received was when I found a contact number fo their parent company, Y**ksh*re L*vender and spoke to somebody there who said she would contact head office.i then received an email stating I would be given a refund and have received nothing from them since.

Please please don't buy from these companies: they are clearly fraudulent and a scam.

An update on my last review , can't seem to add it to the other one,It is now 1st November , still no refund and they ignore all emails and letters from me and my solicitor, now waiting to get them into court although I expect they will ignore that when it comes up , but they are still sending emails to me trying to sell things , what is it with these people , I have been telling everyone to avoid this company and I am going to put up a warning on my social media accounts to warn people, its about all I can do for now.

Do not order anything from this company! I have been trying to get a refund on an order I placed in January that they told me they were unable to fulfil in May. They never reply to your emails. Shocking service!

Ordered 3 months ago and no plants. They do reply to my messages but it makes no difference as plants still don't arrive. Have now asked for a refund, they assured me last time they could deliver but once again no show. I will see if I get the refund.
Can't work out why they risk their business in this way. Their messages are friendly and helpful but they seem out of their depth. Avoid!!!!!

I ordered 24 lavender plants to make a lavender hedge during my week off work. When they did not arrive on the due date I chased and received an automated email to say all orders placed on this date had been delivered. I chased again and received the same automated email. I then got a bit more stern and was advised they would look into it and get straight back. I’ve not heard from them so have now requested a full refund. If I do not get this immediately I’ll be leaving another review! Very disappointed, first and last time of using the company, would not recommend.

As with a lot of people on here, I pre ordered plants in February. I received an email late May informing me they could not supply my order. I asked for a refund. several emails back and forth, still no refund. They have now said they can only give me a voucher. Why do they think any of us would want to order anything from them ever again.
We need someone who knows consumers rights, to help bring people together, so we can fight as one large group instead of individuals. Perhaps then they might take us seriously.

After my previous order was incomplete I raised a complaint, this went on some time however was issued a voucher for the items, I placed another order which came in full and all plants where fine.

The dispatch and delivery could do with some worm however for the price of the plants I would recommend based on my own experience.

Placed a reasonably sized order with these guys - order took 2 weeks to arrive (tho a bank holiday appeared during this time) but no warning - plus missing plants. When I contacted them via email as the online form never gets a response, I was assured it would be sorted - two weeks later no response to my follow up email and no refund. Plus there is no contact number which means they don’t want to talk to you to sort any issues out!

I ordered "david" plants in my dad's name who had passed. I was informed in May the plants didn't grow and I could have a refund or different plants. Despite many emails to them I have received neither. I am saddened by this as these were for my dad's resting place.

I definitely wished I’d read the reviews on here before dealing with them. My last two orders were all rubbish. Plants fallen out of their pots - bone dry & half dead. The first time it happened I just let it go but this time I got in touch & sent photos of the crumpled & open packaging they’d despatched them in & was offered a refund or more plants. I opted for replacement plants but they didn’t arrive so I asked for a refund + the £6.99 extortionate postage but I’m still waiting so after numerous emails I told them I’d be leaving a review on Trust Pilot & social media. That got a bit of a response but they addressed me as Malcolm (wrong gender even) & not my correct name so I emailed again & now after 6 or 7 weeks still no refund. An absolute disgrace of a company to deal with. Steer clear anyone whose thinking of buying from them. Utter rubbish with no customer service skills whatsoever.

I ordered plants earlier in the year for delivery in May 2022.
I received an email saying plants not available. Asked if wanted to order replacement or a refund. Now into October 2022 and despite several emails, which I had no response, I've yet to receive my refund

Wish I had read these reviews first. First of all no indication as to when the order I placed would arrive. Waited several weeks. When it did arrive the plants were in a terrible state - I had ordered 17 - they were all jumbled up many upside down or lying sideways on and several were out of their pots. Most were very dry with crumbling soil. Have emailed them several times no response. Avoid at all costs.

Bunch of Crooks. They do not respond to requests for info on orders delivery and they do not deliver. No telephone number and suspect 'SAM' is a bot. DO NOT USE unless you want huge frustration and to lose your money. Order number 228672. You could try ringing what they call Yorkshire Lavender The Toutist Place which apparently has no connection to Sam and Emma of Yorkshire Lavender in Liquidation!! Nice girl who says she just cleans the floors answers so do please inundate her with calls. 01653648008.
UPDATE 15/10 - still nothing altho SGC did send package out on 6/10 and it arrived at Yodel depot. These are or were live plants. So 10 days in a box is pretty well sure to kill them off. What a scammy crew you and your staff are SGC and the Yorkshire Lavender venue. How do you sleep at night when you rip off so many?

Pre ordered some plants back in February for delivery in May. Not had delivery or any update by end of May so contacted them via email to ask if they could provide me with a delivery date. Received reply informing that they were no longer able to fulfil my order offering me vouchers to buy some other plants from them or refund. Chose refund option but have still not received it despite several emails requesting it. No response from my many requests. They do not have a telephone number listed to speak to anyone, what sort of company doesn’t have a telephone contact number listed? My next step will be to report them to trading standards.
