I didn’t sign up for this nor did I input my card details. I’ve never even seen or heard of this company and had to google what it was when I saw that £18 had been taken from my account. Will be talking to my bank about this as I’m sure it’s some kind of scam.

Signed up on the whim through instagram but was pleasantly surprised. Haven’t booked a flight yet but will do for a city break In the new year once something good comes through. There are few little added perks and other discounts you get when signed up and blog with some travel guides.

I came across this club few months ago and since I’ve booked 3 flights already. Don’t necessarily have time or patience to look for cheap flights so I find it convenient to just get an offer with link and go and book it. Definitely recommend if you want to travel to different places but don’t want to look for offers yourself.

Cannot recommend Secret Flight Club enough! Such a clever website - I cannot believe how much money I managed to save on my flights to South Africa! 10/10 recommend :)

Joined on the whim through promotion and don’t regret it at all!! Actually booked Majorca for £30 so hopefully some more deals to come through soon as well

Misleading service – no real value, unfair charges

I gave this service a try, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The offers are no different from what you can already find on Expedia or other booking sites. On top of that, they charge you even if you cancel your subscription, and their “no refund” policy applies regardless of whether it’s their fault. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Definitely not worth it.

I signed up for the free trial late March this year and immediately started getting 3–4 emails for flights I’d never book. I thought “no problem, I’ll cancel auto-renew.”

Fast forward to 7-day trial… I got hit with a $39 annual fee—no email reminder, no warning, nothing. No customer service entry.

I’d already gone into my account three times and clicked every “Cancel Renewal” button they offered. Every time they told me it was canceled… only to hit me again next year.

• Emails: Non-stop “cheap flight” spam
• Cancellation: “Your renewal is cancelled” ✅ …yet still got charged
• Support: Zero response (they just auto-reply “will renew next year”)
• Website User Experience is a mess like they just used kids for an hour to design a mess you don't know all the functions are

There are plenty of legit fare-alert services that don’t hold you hostage.

Total scam. You click on a link which flashes a very cheap price and you get duped into a “free membership” requiring your card details. Then surprise surprise you can’t find the cancel option. DO NOT fall for this worthless scam site. Zero value

Better than expected! Flight deals for around £30 - £50 return to different places you normally don’t think to go but it gives you this opportunity. I love it for short trips with friends as we just want to travel to as many countries as possible so this is definitely helping!

Joined through perks page from their sister brand. Looks similar to another flights newaletter but seems a bit up to date. Deals are not bad either.

Not bad little newsletter when you’re too busy to track prices and don’t have time to search for low prices yourself. They also offer members perks with discounts for hotels and other airport related -we booked the car park at the airport with a little discount

This turned out a lot better than I thought - joined through discounted rate off of perks page from the sister brand Secret Stays. It’s a handy little newsletter and you get lots of travel perks on top too. Not bad at all!

Nothing but positives for SecretFlightClub. I don’t always have time to search for flights/deals so getting ones sent to me is great! I had no idea I could even fly to Greenland until secret flight club highlighted some deals to me! Customer service has been on point

One of those firms that just send repeated emails for cheap flights you have no interest in and then without reminder charge you £29 for annual membership on auto renewal despite having cancelled auto renewal. DO NOT SIGN UP. Tried repeatedly cancelling renewal and just repeatedly says will renew on next year's date! Will now have to change my card and lose the money.

Awesome service for getting inspired to travel to places that aren’t typically holiday places and then getting the tickets at their lowest price following their newsletter without having to look for it yourself.

Been seeing instgram ads for weeks now so i decided to give it a go and its actually quite suprised me how quirky the emails are, the discounts vary depending on a destination but you usually get at least £30 so quite cool for a little city breaks etc.

I signed up for the free trial but realised that I am unable to access the so called member area, as I want to cancel my membership, but have been trying for days now to have a link to the member area sent to me, I fear this is a scam site as after the free trial period they will seek to take money from my card as you are forced to enter your card details for the free trial period. I have tried to email numerous time to the support email address but all I get is bounce back email

I did the 7 day free trial and got a big discount from my work benefit scheme but this website is literally just a news letter that emails you when flights to certain places are cheap. On the website their deals arent even their deals you go to select a deal and it takes you to Google Flights so it's literally something you can do yourself for free. I’m only giving 2 stars because the emails might be good to someone but honestly just save your money and dont bother with this website.

It really does nothing despite sending emails of google flight's searches. Also the price shown on their search is incorrect, when you click on their link it goes to google flights and is more expensive there. So basically a sniffer that shows wrong prices. In other words: useless.

Also it does not contain deals to all airports, so if you're a foreigner looking for cheap floghts to go home, they will never find that on their engine.

I cancelled within 15 minutes after subscribing and noticing what they do.
