Unhelpful Management
Had to get a rental car. I asked ahead of time what I was supposed to do to make sure I was compliant with their parking rules and they told me to register it with the 3rd party they contract with to handle parking... which I did.
However that 3rd party never accepted it and made it "pending" so I parked in guest parking and registered as a guest.
They immobilized my car, even though I had done everything in my power to follow their made up rules.
The office has yet to respond to emails or phone calls.
I went there and spoke to someone and the girl was useless and told me she couldn't do anything to just pay the lock company they contract to them to get it removed then come back on Monday to talk to her manager about it.
There have been other instances of this "it's not our fault" behavior over the years that I have let go, but I felt I finally had to say something. To be clear, that's what this review is about, more so than the parking issue, though that wasn't my fault either.
