One star is too high! The items looked good online but it was a case of bait and switch. Items recv'd were NOTHING like what I ordered. After multiple email exchanges, I agreed to a 50% refund and no obligation to return the items. In retrospect, I should have disputed the charges with my credit card company, as the practice of sending items not remotely like the order are truly fraudulent. But really, I didn't want to send a package of inferior clothing back to China at my own expense...

They sent me the wrong dress and I am having terrible trouble trying to get my money back. I think they are a con and I doubt the dress on the website even exists as they send a poor quality version of the dress you think you are buying . Avoid using this company

Clothing items were nothing like the picture or description.
Offered only 15% refund.
Return rules extremely strict and hard to follow. Return shipping is on the buyer.

100% SCAM! Do not waste your money

This company is a real shocker. Lacy, layered tops etc are cheap, polyester,single layer rubbish products. The item is not even remotely like the pictures. Then they talk you out of sending it back, saying most get lost in the post. 20% refund to avoid more postage and nothing to show for it.
Very shameful company.

Horrible experience so far. I purchased an outfit for my daughter for costume, and ended up not needing it. Same day asked for the order to be cancelled and refund my money. I keep getting the run around and asking me if I really want to cancel. I placed in the subject line: Please cancel order #.... and twice in the body of the email. I cannot find a phone number to contact them to verbally say, "CANCEL THE ORDER!" I am not sure where the breakdown is, and this company seems like a scam.

The product was supposed to be a lacy cotton dress. It came as a polyester slip dress with faded printed lace on fabric. Not at all like the description. I tried to return it but was told to send it to china and may all shipping. The would cost as much as the dress! They offered me $5 refund to keep the dress. Do not buy from this co.

The advertised dress was delightful and quite expensive. What was delivered had absolutely to correlation to expectations. Add listed linen and embroidered. Article received was printed polyester. Terrible fit as well. To date I have contacted their email service centre well over 10 times. They have finally offer 35% refund . This is an admission of wrongdoing. I included photos of the add and my received item. I have not excepted and have written again. Very disappointing. Katie

Arnaque totale vêtements ne correspondant pas au modèle présenté sur le site une vraie serpillère pourtant la robe sur le site Pinterest était magnifique où vont ils chercher les modèles pour appâter la clientèle ? Ce serait intéressant de le savoir est ce que Trustpilot serait en mesure d intervenir afin de mettre fin à ce genre de site Chinois.et ce n est pas le seul qui envahit Pinterest.Heureusement que mon paiement a été effectué par Pay Pal auprès desquels l on peut avoir recours en cas de problème conclusion Site à FUIR

This "company" has nothing to do with a company, it is a fake homepage, just cheating people to buy and not deliver what you order. So take care and do not order anything !! Fake photos are to find at Pinterest, but what will be delivered, has nothing to do with realety.

J ai commandé 6 articles qui semblaient de qualité sur le net (photos, prix plutôt élevés). Ce que j'ai reçu, je n ai pas de mots pour qualifier la médiocrité de la qualité des vêtements : les modèles n étaient pas du tout conformes aux photos. En retournant les produits, j ai découvert qu ils étaient de Chine. Et j ai eu 30% de la valeur de la marchandise comme frais d envoi. Soit une perte totale de 180 e. Et j'attends toujours le remboursement après 2 mois d'attente.

Onlangs heb ik een jas besteld op deze webshop. Helaas duurt het te lang tot mijn pakketje binnen kwam. Eindelijk kreeg ik niet het besteld product. De kwaliteit van wat ik heb ontvangen is echt om t huilen. Retourneren is een RAMP! Dus ik adviseer niemand om iets daar te kopen. De webshop zit in China City:Shenzhen

Besteld werd een draagtas gemaakt zoals patchwork met hondenkopjes in relief. Ontvangen werd een plastiek inkooptas voor 20€.Had eigenlijk nul sterren willen geven maar ging niet.
