Jay, the deputy manager, was amazing. Took the time to chat and help us see what would work for us without us feeling like it was a big sales push.

I am very happy with S and M delivery people who arrived earlier than expected which was great for me.
They were both friendly happy smiley ☺️ men and after a little bit of manovering were able to get my bed chair upstairs into the cats bedroom without damaging the walls or my new staircase TOP NOTCH Delivery i would have given a 10 alas not possible. They explained and demonstrated the mechanism of opening up the bed part of the chair brilliant

Today, I was at the company store and found a sofa on sale that I liked. I decided to buy it and asked about delivery. The employee told me it would cost £190 without even asking for my postcode. I understand that delivery with their transport is mandatory, which is fine, but I would like to ask—what is the actual delivery cost for a £699 sofa if I live just a mile from the store?Also, why isn’t the delivery cost included in the price, considering how high it is? What kind of promotion is this?

I wouldnt recommend SCS due to their delivery times and customer service.
I ordered a sofa in store august 2024, they advised 6-8 weeks. 16 weeks later I was told the order had to be cancelled due to supply issue, so ordered another one, again same time frame however I am weeks over due with still no delivery date. I spent an hour trying to call SCS on Sunday with no success. I tried again on Monday and took the option of recieving a call back. It's been over 24 hours and still haven't been contacted.

Welcoming staff, clean & tidy showroom that’s well displayed with clear pricing. Good choice of styles.
We chose 2 ex display sofas and went home to measure up to check they would fit in our lounge, in the meantime some one else purchased them. They would have been perfect for us and were very disappointed.
Luckily SCS has Jake in their Wrexham store and he was fantastic and took the time and trouble to find us 2 identical sofas. We are so pleased and cannot thank him enough. We cannot fault our experience in the Wrexham store and the conversations by email and on the phone we had with Jake.
My only criticism of SCS is their customer service phone system, they appear not to have a direct phone line into their stores, so old fashioned people like me can’t ring with a question. You have to use a National number which didn’t seem to work & we were unable to speak to anyone. Luckily an email to Jake asking for a phone call back did the trick.
5 stars for satisfaction and service no hesitation in recommending SCS.

Sofa arrived today and it’s lovely

Had issues with the address - wrong house number was put down , luckily the delivery team still delivered it to me with proof of id.

I had tried to contact customer services twice and asked for a ring back to sort it before delivery but no one got back
To me! No real way of contacting anyone on a weekend delivery.

Delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and off loaded the sofa quickly.

I arranged a viewing instore after a phone call,checking the sofa I wanted to view was in the Wrexham store. The person I dealt with was extremely helpful,showing me an updated version of the sofa I originally wanted but in a far greater choice of colours and fabrics.I got 15 percent off and £50 off because I had made an appointment. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience instore.

Delivery was at the time I expected and both men were professional and polite. Put sofas in place for me and checked electric recliner was working. Excellent customer service

Simply awful. Just awful. They keep moving delivery date. Messed up my schedule. To top it all off, no cancellation option. This company is terrible

I really don’t believe these reviews to be honest. It’s shocking that we’re now looking at 3 months for order we placed since 24/12/2024. Hopefully it takes even longer so I can cancel it entirely. I’m no longer interested. Feels like I’ve just been scammed

No one advised me off the 119 pound delivery charge that was added to my bill only found out when I got home and had email I was told delivery was free

We visited the Wrexham branch, a very nice young man greeted us and then left us to stroll around the store at our leisure, we found a sofa we liked, the young gentleman gave us all the details and we purchased the sofa, as quick as that. Thank you for the efficient service.

Very helpful staff and a great choice however I felt under pressure to make a decision... walked away wondering if I had made the right choice 🤷‍♂️
