Salesperson was helpful and kept it simple, I knew what I wanted to buy and it was made a pleasant experience - the upselling was minimised I was in and out in 20 mins.

Amazing Team! The sofas were incredible designs and material, the touches they are are lovely!
Paul from Worthing was fantastic! He helped us decide and chose the one we wanted! We then got referred on our finance due to completing on a house, we then came back 2 weeks later and Paul was there to help us agin! Determined to get us this sofa ordered! And successfully we managed to get our sofa ordered

Paul the salesman was extremely helpful and informative…very pleasant experience. The only downside was having to wait 10/12 weeks for delivery but hopefully it won’t be that long

Nice sofa, good quality at a reasonable price. It was delivered on time and the delivery people were professional and efficient - I'd recommend.

We ordered our sofas in January and…
We ordered our sofas in January and were given excellent service and an expected delivery week. The sofas were delivered in that time line and the two guys who delivered and set up the sofas were extremely efficient and friendly. Overall, delighted with the service from start to finish.

From choosing the furniture in the showroom and the delivery and construction we had excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing that was disappointing was the long wait for the furniture.
