Good communication re delivery before and during transit.
Some problems during installation in that flooring in destination room was slightly damaged by the metal sofa legs as the sofa was turned to upright position.

Greeted in arrival by Carla, the experience throughout was pleasant. Made to feel welcome and put to ease with an overview of everything to expect and the options available to us. The showroom was great, loads of space and a really nice layout without feeling cramped or overwhelmed by sofas and produce everywhere.
Great selection for fabrics and colours and we managed to pick out 3 maybes and managed to choose the Regina to how we wanted it including pillow colours.
The free coffee was great and Carla left us to browse whilst we drank it without being pushy for the sale.

As soon as my wife and myself arrived at the store we were welcomed by Ryan who looked after us and showed us around. We purchased a suite and Ryan was helpful throughout the process.

Everything was delivered on time, they keep you informed. staff in store were very helpful and knowledgeable and delivery men were helpful and polite.

The actual purchase in the store was fine and the lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The delivery too was excellent we were told exactly when to expect the delivery and it was delivered at approximately the time quoted. The suite ( a 3 seater and 2 seater) in the store was an electric recliner and I didn't wish to have the reclining option. I specifically asked if the non-reclining option was not just a recliner with the mechanics removed and was told it wasn't and they would be purposefully built. I was disappointed to discover that the sofas had a "flap" with velcro at the back and have the appearance of a recliner with the mechanics removed. Nevertheless I have learned a lesson from this and accept that I should have seen and sampled the finished article. Finally the 2 seater is much smaller than expected ( all other purchased with SCS were about 12" longer). I won't be making any complaint and will certainly use SCS again but will ensure I sample the finished article. Thank you.

The sofas arrived dirty, torn and scratched in cardboard boxes. Would never buy again
Update - contacted me regarding sending someone out but they seem to not understand the 30 days full refund rights under the Consumer Rights Act
Update - I called to complain and held for forty minutes before I chose to go for the call back option...they never called back! You cannot email them, you can only fill in a form which doesn't let you complain and has only prescirbed information!

Fantastic customer service- great knowledge of product- nothing to much trouble- hoping our new sofa will live up to the same standard.

Great service from start to finish. Visited store on several occassions as i wanted to be sure of purchase and at no point was there any pressure. Clear communication on delivery. Delivery service was amazing. Set up and explanation on how everything works and all packaging taken away.

Filipa was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. We really appreciated her excellent service and we are looking forward to receiving our sofa!

Unfortunately, our experience with the delivery of our new leather furniture suite — consisting of a three-seater and a two-seater sofa — was very disappointing.
To begin with, we were forward planning using the initial delivery date given and we had disposed of our old furniture in preparation for the new furniture being delivered. Our original delivery date was then cancelled only three days before we were due to receive the new furniture.
At that point, no revised delivery date was provided, which was frustrating. Then, the following day, we received another message informing us that delivery would take place seven days later. This meant we were without any lounge furniture during this time.
On the day of delivery, we were advised to expect the furniture between 12:20 and 12:45. However, by 13:25, having heard nothing, I received a phone call saying they were now expecting to arrive around 14:00.
When the delivery team arrived, communication was difficult. Both delivery men appeared to be Eastern European (possibly Polish) and seemed to speak only very limited English, which made it hard to discuss problems during assembly.
While assembling the three-seater sofa, it became obvious that something was wrong. One of the delivery men struggled repeatedly to connect one section of the sofa correctly to the other. After several unsuccessful attempts, and after speaking to his colleague in their own language, he eventually pushed the sofa into position despite it still being loose and clearly not connected properly.
I had to ask them to check it again because it was obvious the assembly was not right. Although the delivery man could not properly explain the issue to me, he spoke to his colleague, who returned from the van with additional nuts and bolts which they then used to secure the metal frames together. This seemed to improve the situation, but I am still not convinced this is how the furniture was actually designed to be assembled.
Once both sofas had been put together, the delivery team simply said “all done” and left.
Overall, the entire experience — from the cancelled delivery and poor communication to the questionable assembly and lack of professionalism — fell far below the level of service we expected.

The staff understand what we need. Then, he tried his best to search any opportunity to meet our need. He walked up and down to check the stock and kept us informed of the progress. It’s much appreciated.

Well worth the money staff was very helpful on the store dale was the person I spoke to sofa was delivered when he said it was the guys who delivered was friendly and helpful would I recommend to buy from your store again most definitely

There was a lot of choice in store and after an initial introduction we were given time and space to browse, the sales man interjecting occasionally.
When we visited the next day, to get a quote we felt that the salesman had the sale in view and wasn't necessarily listening to our needs. However, we were able to manage this come away with exactly what we wanted.

Carla was fantastic and provided us with all the help we needed to chose what was right for us. Carla was cheerful and allowed us to take our time to come to decision with no pressure. Would absolutely recommend a visit and ask for Carla she’s great.

Carla in the Warrington store was excellent explained everything to us even talked about potential issues with a corner suite delivery to manage our expectation and went above and beyond to make us feel reassured thank you look forward to it all arriving now
