Excellent from beginning to delivery !

I didn’t experience any issues at all between ordering and delivery, I was kept informed throughout and my sofa was delivered on time.

THE DELY WAS GREAT THE GUYS WERE BRILLIANT NO MESSING ABOUT KEPT ME INFORMED ALL THE WAY CAME IN ASSEMBLED THE CHAIRS IN JIG TIME. WERE VERY PLEASANT COULD'NT HAVE BEEN NICER I CAN SAY GOOD AT THEIR JOB

Terrible customer sevice. Only 1 out of 4 members of staff had a clue re customer order, transfer or collection. Apology eventualy made to me from manager. Staff training seems to not have been entirely successfull.

We had visited Uddingston on a previous occasion and were admirably assisted by the store manager , James. The information he provided was brilliant so much so we returned a few weeks later to confirm our order of our chosen sofa and chair. We were talked through the order, the warranty provision and delivery process this time by Andrew , again brilliant information so we left very pleased with our purchase .

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
Sandra was very personable offering different suggestions to suit my needs.

What I liked about this company is when my suite was ready for delivery I recieved a text message to inform me of the time it will be delivered and on the day of delivery I received a phone call from one of the delivery guys to tell me they would be 15 minutes until they arrive at my address,when they arrived they brought the suites into my house and built them in no time at all, they were very professional in their work and quick in what they do, I was very impressed with the service I have received from the company and I would highly recommend them.

Sales associate at the time of ordering was extremely helpful.
Delivery crew arrived on time, were polite, chatty and extremely efficient.
One point I would like to raise on their behalf - they only have 15 minutes to assemble all the items on the delivery regardless of what it is. Your scheduling department should have a 're-think and allocate times for each product - it takes a lot longer to assemble a four seater couch and chairs than a single recliner!

Excellent service. Ian took the time the explain all the different components to my new sofa and also allowed time for me to decide which package was right for me. Still to be delivered all timescales advised and looking forward to enjoying my new sofa in a few weeks.

Had been to same shop quite few times and the salesperson recognised me he was so nice not pushy at all, and very very helpful, Andrew was the salesman he took the time to go through everything and answer all my questions, would highly recommend them, hope delivery goes as well

BEFORE DECIDING ON THE SOFA I PURCHASED I WAS IN THE SHOP 3 TIMES AND SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT MEMBERS OF STAFF, I MADE THEM AWARE OF MY CONCERNS FOR SOFA NOT FITTING IN MY DOOR, I WAS REASSURED BY THEM ALL THAT IT WOULD FIT.
THE DELIVERY BOYS WERE VERY NICE AND TRIED DIFFERENT WAYS FOR IT TO COME THROUGH THE DOOR BUT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE.
WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE TO SPEAK TO STAFF ABOUT THE SITUATION I DID NOT FIND HIM VERY SYMPATHETIC OR INTERESTED. I LATER SPOKE TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS OF THE STORE AND MADE THEM AWARE OF THE THINGS HE SAID.
IT WAS ARRANGED FOR SOMEONE TO DELIVER THE SOFA AT A COST TO ME, AND HE WOULD TAKE THE SOFA APART WHERE NEEDED TO MAKE THE DELIVERY WORK, HIM AND HIS COLLEAGUE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MANAGED TO DELIVER THE SOFA WHICH TOOK THEM 2 HOURS TO DO DUE TO AMOUNT OF PARTS THEY HAD TO DISMANTLE!
I WAS TOLD 3 DIFFERENT COSTS FOR THIS SERVICE BY AGAIN 3 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS IN THE STORE. I WAS TOLD THAT AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE SCS WOULD REIMBURSE ME £129.99 ( I PAID £330) TOWARDS THE SERVICE. I HAVE HAD TO CHASE THIS UP AND WAS TOLD ' GLAD YOU PHONED AS EMAIL IS ASKING FOR AN AUTHORISATION CODE' I FEEL THAT IF I DID NOT CONTACT THE STORE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE NOTICED THIS. I AM STILL AWAITING THE PAYMENT.
I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR MY SOFA AND AM DISAPPOINTED WITH SOME OF YOUR STAFF.

Staff at the point of sale were very helpful and explained every thing The delivery was when it was expected and the suite was installed quickly and professionally.

Absolutely perfect and very comfortable chairs. Delivery staff were very efficient and fast. I would highly recommend both SCS and Delivery company.

Or suite was delivered in 2 separate vans , 30 mins apart (corner suite and a sofa ) They said one was a 4 seater , which apparently is a corner suite . They didn’t seem to realise this , making us think we got the wrong delivery . After me phoning shop they confirmed 4 seater is a corner suite . A lot of confusion all round . The delivery guys and shop don’t seem to have any means of communication .
