Having waited months to take delivery of an arm chair, it arrived covered in the wrong fabric choice. Hours spent on online, emails, phone calls and regular visits to the Westwood store (who kindly and repeatedly chased this up on our behalf) and months later our correct order arrived. We received no apology or after sales courtesy call from SCS so once you've paid for your order, don't expect any customer service.

Just had my 2 sofas delivered by the very professional Stewart and Reece. Was kept very well informed about delivery so no waiting around. Sofas are excellent quality, look beautiful and are comfortable. The whole process could not have been better and I couldn’t recommend ScS more.

Crew delivered chair efficiently. Unpacked outside so no mess in house. They tested recliner mechanism before leaving. No damage to chair.

Although 90 minutes late we were able to see this on the tracker. They phoned when they were 45 minutes away.

Neither have replied,shocking service,once they have your money they couldn't give 2 fks about your concerns if you have any.

The delivery men were thorough and quick to get the furniture into the house, put it all together and make sure the electrical mechanics were working properly.

Delivered on time and when scheduled. Communication was excellent as I had a message the night before and then a confirmed time slot first thing in the morning on the day of delivery. so very easy to plan around. The team even called when they were 15 minutes away. On arrival the furniture was placed in our room of choice all with a smile. Great service. Thank you SCS.
