From when I walked into the shop till the delivery, everything went well! Communication was excellent.

Sarah, our customer advisor was spot on, fun friendly and very professional, she made us feel at ease straight away and presented us with all our options on our preferred sofa, it was a pleasure buying from her and I’d urge anyone shopping for a sofa in the Straiton area, to pop into SCS and see Sarah.

The tracking system could be better as the times kept changing for delivery apart from that perfect delivery. They even set it up and take away the packaging, Nice and Polite staff.

Jay was polite and very helpful went above and beyond and made the transaction smooth and quick.

Thought I would come back and update my review. I finally received my sofas on the 29/4/2025 . The delivery guys we're fantastic nothing was to much trouble for them . I received a call last night from SCS to give ,e a jester of goodwill of a £150.00 but I declined this offer as we only wanted our new sofas it never was about money.But thank you SCS of the offer of a £150.00 jester of goodwill. We are extremely happy with the Tobias sofa's . As I said before your delivery men we're fantastic they even offered to place my sofas we're ever I wanted them in the sitting room but I hadn't decided we're I wanted them myself. Could you please make the delivery guys aware that I'm very thankful . Thank you.

Been great from start to finish, salesman in shop was great, listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect sofa. Then on to the delivery - these two guys were top notch, friendly, professional and done the job well.

We had an absolutely delightful experience in choosing our sofa with the sales person, Assim. He was informative and helpful without being pushy. We felt very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee. We are looking forward to sitting on our new furniture in a couple of months! Thanks Assim!

Was in today and seen Darren, he was very knowledgeable on the sofa's and very friendly. He was able to make the decision making so much easier, he also allowed time for me to make my decision. Just bought a new sofa and chairs . All staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all and gave plenty of time to browse

SCS was the first sofa shop we popped into on our hunt. Sarah was quick to welcome us and make as feel at home. She was friendly and informative, not pushy at all, which is unusual in a store like this! She offered us a coffee and then left us to it. We found three sofas that we loved and were spoilt for choice with fabrics. It's not often that I go for something in the first shop but what we found was great and the value was fabulous. I'd like to thank Sarah and her team for a thoroughly pleasant sofa shopping experience, which isn't something I feel many of us would say! It was stress free and I can't wait to see what it's like when it arrives!
