We had excellent service at the Stration store. The staff were very welcoming and did not chase us round the store which made us very happy.
I have to say we went round a lot of sofa shops and the sales staff were like vultures so that Polronesofa were completely the opposite so we'll done..... 5 stars for the store.
We purchased a lovely Sofa from stration store and was delivered 6 days earlier than expected which was great.
We got a message and email from the delivery team a week before delivery. Then on the day of delivery contacted by the delivery driver to let us know when they would be arriving. Delivery went great very quick and extremely polite amazing service and they made sure we were happy 😊

When we had decided on the sofas of our choice, Kevin could not have been more helpful. He was very honest in his approach, made us feel welcome and made sure our choice was right for us, even showing us alternatives and making us think about what we really needed and not just buying for buying sake. The whole experience was stress free and pleasurable and we are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofas later in the year.

As we entered the store at Straiton Retail Park Loanhead a member of staff asked if we had been there before (which we had not) - he then informed about the different tickets on the sofas etc meant and said if we needed any help to just give him a call (which was great as we were not sure what we wanted and it let us browse).When we asked any questions he was very informative and helped us decide on which furniture we wanted

Staff friendly and offered options to help decide what to buy. Very knowledgeable on designs and colours and fabrics on offer. Went over our purchase to check it was what we wanted before placing order. Clear on delivery times and what to expect when delivery is made.

Very interested in their products and their customers. It shows in the interest, knowledge and patience which the staff show. They seem well trained and know how to listen to our thoughts and when to leave us to think and discuss a potential purchase. Best described as, “above and beyond”.

When I entered the shop at Straiton I got time to just look before Stef approached me she was very helpful listened to what I was telling her and what I liked and was after it didn’t take me long to choose what I wanted got to try it out etc she explained very well what had to happen next I had a great experience

Delivery kept us informed of arrival time
Delivery people were efficient and polite in installing the sofa.

The delivery ti.e was 13.20 for the morning, then went to 2
25 and ended up being delivered about 4. This meant I was stuck in all day. I had to cancel some things.

The guys who brought it were very good.

On our visit to your store we were greeted by friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff.
A special mention to Jav who put us at ease and helped us throughout our decision making.
Also like to mention Dave who was also very friendly.
On service alone we would recommend poltronesofa to others.

First contacts and sofa purchase went well.

However our concerns are:

Length of time from order to delivery, over 3 months.

High cost of delivery, £129.

No choice given of delivery date, no choice given of am/pm delivery. Approximate delivery time of 2pm to 2.15pm notification was sent at 6.30 am on Thursday 28th May. Delivery was finally made after 6pm. There was no communication from the delivery team or admin to let us know of any hold-up. Nor was the local store able to give any information on the delivery ETA.

We have bought other pieces of furniture from local retailers recently and without doubt, this has been the worst delivery for customer care.

In addition, we also had to contact the local store to find out about the sofa insurance and aftercare service. This information should have been given to us on delivery or beforehand.

However, the sofa itself is lovely and we are very pleased with it. Nevertheless, we would find it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend SCS for 100% customer satisfaction.

Durante le prime conversazioni mi aveva detto che il colore del divano non aveva importanza, che il prezzo non sarebbe cambiato. Ho scelto il giallo. Un'altra bugia che Stefani mi ha detto è stata che mi sarebbe stato consegnato dopo circa 3-4 settimane. Al momento dell'acquisto, il prezzo è salito alle stelle. Ho pagato sia la consegna che il colore e non c'è stato alcun sconto. Se all'inizio mi aveste detto che avrei dovuto aspettare tre mesi per la consegna, non avrei mai comprato un divano da voi. Per il resto, tutti nel negozio sono stati molto gentili.
