Walked into the shop for the first time and met Raymond who made us feel very welcome without being intrusive.We had a walk round and eventually chose something we liked and spoke again to Raymond.He steered us through the whole process and was extremely helpful.An absolute delight from beginning to end!! Steve was an excellent sales person, with clear good communication, we came back to the store 3 times when deciding the sofa, however Steve was always polite and had excellent customer service.

Delivery on time. Two young guys were excellent

Although greeted on entering, the staff were not overbearing. After giving us helpful information, they left us to browse ourselves which I was pleased about. Once we had chosen the furniture we wanted, the purchase was concluded quite quickly. My only criticism is that maybe extra staff as once we had made our decision we had to wait a good 10 minutes for a member of staff (there were only two on) to finish with other customers.

Will the salesman that worked with me was great I asked him just to let me look around and ill get back to him and he done so after a quick promo talk about the combinations I could get he let me walk around and as soon as I needed some advice he was there no hard sell just a genuine guy giving me the options and in my book thats a credit to your company

We were looking for a new sofa and after many tests of the sofas we decided on a particular suite which was really good looking and very comfy to sit on after a short conversation with the salesman Raymond we decided on that one and ordered it was advised it would take a few weeks which was ok with us but very good quality sofa at a reasonable price and very helpful and attentive staff would definitely recommend

Raymond in the Stirling branch was very helpful showed a variety of sofas including vast range of colours and styles. There was no hard selling. We all decided on a sofa, came home worked out exact measurements and returned the following week to order through Raymond. Very knowledgable and patient
