We have bought some new sofas a few weeks ago and we love them

Fantastic service from start to finish from the excellent service received from Damain in the Solihull store to the 3 delivery men who brought our sofa today. Had to take the door off to get it in but they did everything they could to get the sofa in and it looks fabulous. Lovely quality and so comfortable.

AWFUL SHOP
Our sofas were ordered before Christmas, we wanted to cancel after less than 5 days of ordering them and they wouldn’t let us without keeping our deposit, there was no grace period even though we were told there was and now the delivery is being delayed and they still won’t let us cancel. They are saying the date was only ‘estimated’
Never experienced such awful customer service

My delivery was great! They kept me informed of the delivery. They introduced themselves, Scott & Carl, very friendly, pleasant. They respected property, was very careful, & caring. He even put it all in place & positioned it just how I wanted it. I've been very happy with their delivery & very happy with furniture. 'Amesbury' a lovely biscuit colour. Very comfortable.

We bought our bed settee from the Solihull retail store. Trevor was the salesman who was super to deal with, friendly, informative and patient. We got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Trevor.

We saw what we wanted in a sale online and were encouraged to make an appointment to visit the showroom. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a very pleasant member of staff who informed us that we could save £50 for just making the appointment. We tried the sofa we wanted and was given excellent advice. We chose a powered recliner with lumbar support - it was like a dream! We opted for 0% finance and a discounted 5 year insurance plan. The customer service was superb and the whole experience made our day.

We recently visited Solihull Branch and was treated immediately by friendly staff who directed us in the right direction and once we asked for assistance we were given full details explaining all we needed to know and we even changed our mind and chose a totally different suite all together and got a great price to include 5 year warranty, delivery and waste taken away.we left feeling very happy with the product we purchased.Big thank you from the sales person to the store manager!!
