Wheres my Sofa!
Promised delivery of layzee boys sofa within 4 weeks.. now 11 weeks later still nothing.
In response to the comment below by SCS team, we have requested for an update a few times and still nothing. The store manager said they don't have any idea about deliveries they only sell things.. the head office was last contacted on 5th November.. its 12th today.

Good experience with SCS in Slough…
We bought our sofa from the Slough store. Graham and the other members of staff we spoke to were helpful and not pushy. The store has a good choice of sofas and there were several we liked (which wasn't the case in the other stores we visited.) We had our sofa delivered a couple of days ago and we're really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.

Please do not purchase furniture from…
Please do not purchase furniture from this store. The customer service is appalling. Graham the store manager in Slough misrepresented the sale and sold us an incorrect sofa and now refuse to accept his mistake. The customer service stating I would need to take the case to civil cla courts. Absolutely disgraceful

Poor Service and False misrepresentation of sale
I went to the Slough Branch and chose a sofa and the Store Manager Graham had process my order. I specifically requested for foam filling seat sofa and the price was agreed based on this requirement.
Unfortunately the sofa arrived with fibre filling seats- which is very poor quality. I called customer services and was told i needed to pay additional £130. The order did not state the type of filling would be in the seat. I have complained numerous time with no response. The complaint department is very poor in responding. The Store Manager confirmed he may have got the order wrong but does not want to take any accountability as he simply stated it is out of his hands. When you call the customer service- they are on training and cannot answer your call and simply do not take action to resolve your query. Please think carefully before purchasing from this store. I am told i cannot return the sofa despite the store manager making this error.

Excellent customers service at the…
Excellent customers service at the Slough store to decide a sofa we love!
The delivery team did an excellent job to get the sofa into the house despite some challenges using the front door. They assisted with creating a way through the garage.
They set up the sofa, provided relevant information, and removed the trash.
We are very pleased with the sofa.

Beautiful sofa, armchair, coffee table and nest of tables. Delivered when said it was going to be. Cannot fault the service. Adi and John were very friendly and professional. LaZBoy at SCS- avoid
This is my second review of our LaZBoy leather corner sofa. I want to update my experience which is extremely negative.
SCS actually seem OK, but their LaZBoy sofas are overpriced and very poor quality.
ScS finally managed to get our corner sofa levelled after 5 or 6 visits and stopped the creaking, but never bothered to respond to my complaint that the corner unit refuses to align with its neighbours. As a result, we are now seeing premature wear on points which profile high on the sofa, and the hopless unit has now started creaking again.
When you spend a lot of money on a premium product, you do not expect shoddy manufacturing.
Very disappointed and wish we had never gone near LaZBoy.

Brilliant Experience
We visited SCS to look for a 2 seater sofa and chair.
We had a brilliant experience with Michael and Graham, they were so helpful and really knew not just their product, but the different types of leather, pigmentation, sofa fillings etc, which is clearly lacking in the furniture industry today.
We were under no pressure to buy, they asked our budget and we purchased the items accordingly. It does not get much better than that.

Delivery of pittsburgh 2 seater recliner and love chair.
Was updated on my delivery.
Got a phone call from scs crew telling me how long they would be before they arrived.
Delivery crew were great has brung my sofa and chair up 4 flights of stairs .
Unpacked and put my 2 seat recliner sofa together.
Scs crew were friendly and polite. Took all the packaging away.
