I'm very sorry to see that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion regarding the service in store.
I can understand how frustrating it must have been, especially as you were waiting, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We aim to be a paperless business therefore any order confirmation documents are sent via email once an order is confirmed on our system, again I am sorry if this was not explained at the time.

Will was very helpful
Will was very helpful. We went one week and he gave us information and we slept on it and went back a week later. Will gave us all the details of our order explained everything and we were very happy.

Brilliant choice of mix n match furniture and fabrics. Steven was brilliant showing us around…
Steven was brilliant showing us around and informing us of all the different fabrics that could be used for certain labelled pieces of furniture. This led to us buying Luga sofa and mixing up with a swivel chair and tub chair in matching leather, so it still looks like a matching suite. Thank you Steven
