Very helpful and friendly staff

Paid them in full early April, and got to wait until July to receive it, wish I went somewhere else so we could be enjoying it

Saw the advert on TV called in on the off chance as we were passing the shop. Our corner unit in our conservatory could do with replacing. (Norwich store) Dan (sales) & the store manager were absolutely excellent. Bought a new corner unit after checking measurements to fit in place of our older one. Just waiting for delivery.5🌟

Had a very warm welcome from Dan, the sales assistant. Had only starting working there a week prior but seemed fairly knowledgeable. Only asked for help once.
The sofa I liked in store was priced incorrectly (£100 less than it should have been) this was honoured at the till. I paid nearly £2000 in cash and wasn’t made to feel bad or outdated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, esp when I got measurements wrong and had to make adjustments.

Excellent service as soon as I walk in the door the lady was very helpful and I found exactly what I wanted with her help .Had plenty of swatches to pick from for the colour of the sofa bed I needed which was great. Looking forward to receiving my item .

Met the most helpful guy in your norwich store called Kiran went in just browsing he made me feel so at ease under no pressure very knowledgeable nothing to much for him ended up buying 2 sofas he is a credit to your company i have since taken my mum in to buy a chair again he served us an absolute joy each time i shop in your store he will be the one to serve me a credit to your company thank you Kieran

We were.welcomed when we came into store and then left to wander around . When we had found a sofa we liked Ellen, the sales assistant, was more than helpful, finding a number of swatches for us to look at and didn't make us feel rushed into making a decision.

Excellent. We took our time over several days to decide between two shops. No pressure and very patient with us choosing colours etc.

I was most impressed from first stepping into the store. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable yet still professional. I would like to give a special mention and thanks to Kieran for his excellent service.

We were dealt with very professionally. The colleague we dealt with was new to the company and was very attentive. The only thing I would mention is that when ordering the Sofa, he failed to mention that the fabric we had chosen was £100 more than what was advertised. We were told that we had a choice of over 100 fabrics and leathers but not that it would cost more. However we give the benefit of the doubt for being new. Overall very happy and looking forward to our new Sofa.

I was promised a delivery within 12 weeks of purchase and the item didn't arrive until week 17. On top of it, the charger is not the right one for my chair and the delivery team admitted to this happening a lot recently. When contested about these issues ScS seems to blame it on external factors and their own outsourcing services. Tracking system lacks transparency. I have been offered a minor compensation and a replacement for my cable, but it has been 3 months already and I still cannot fully enjoy my purchase. Given the amount of companies out there offering the same I would avoid ScS.
