Beautiful sofas and friendly staff I was a pleasure to shop at Silverlink store

The staff were absolutely outstanding, helpful, and very polite the store was filled with a breath of fresh air

We were greeted by Paul at the northshields store. He made us feel very welcome an fully explained everything to us.after we chose the items we wanted he took us through all the details an made sure we were happy .we can highly recommend this store to others .thank you.

The lady that dealt with my purchase was very knowledgeable and respectful full plus she wasn’t hassling anybody to make a decision which was a real plus.

Lovely helpful staff once you were in the store, didn’t like the fact the minute you walked in the door someone came and asked if you wanted any help. I would have preferred to look around and ask for help when I needed it . Would definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

This has been going on for far to long. My next review complaint will be to the Trading Standards , then the national news papers. Your staff at the store are lovely and very professional, I can't say the same about the standard of you workmanship. The repair was not upto standard and the report from Emmiera was Upholstery Manufacturing Fault.

The timing for the delivery was spot on and the two lads were great very friendly and helpful fitted the chairs up and tested them out and removed the rubbish with them two nice lads.

When i went into the shower room at the Silverlink, the staff were so helpful with the design , the colour and the price of my Sofa.
I was originally told it wouldn't be ready till mid August but was pleasantly surprised when I received an email saying that it was coming a month early.
Day of delivery, two young lads absolutely brilliant. Text message with time of delivery, bang on time, respectful of property, set it up and disposed of all the packaging.

Friendly Italian greeting from a female member of staff as we entered the store and given the basic information about the products on offer and were left to browse and sample the recliners available. When we decided what we wanted Stevie was immediately available to place our order.
We appreciated the time to browse at our leisure without any pressure from the staff but knew they were available for help if we needed it.

Firstly we were left to browse through the store without being 'hassled' and once we had chosen what we wanted all our questions were answered, styles of fabric advised and we were told all the delivery options.

A great experience with both staff making the job easy. Very friendly, polite and efficient. They delivered, built and tested before they departed leaving no signs they had been, other than a new sofa.
