Arrived on the day given when ordering and within time estimated.
Arrived on the day given when ordering. Delivery was within the time given by email and with a call from the delivery team 40 mins before. The delivery crew were polite and efficient. Sofa unpacked installed and checked within a few minutes. All packaging then removed. No problems with the sofa, colour and quality as expected.

Very impressed with the showroom
Very impressed with the quality on show we asked for some guidance from steve the sale person. He was very helpful and informative. My wife and myself left very happy with our choice .can not wait for our furniture to be delivered

No pushy sales people
No pushy sales people, we were given information about the store then allowed to wander about. Rob, our sales guy was on hand for any information we required and ended up spending about 3 hours with us as we also bought 2 sofa's for our immediate family.

Visited your Silverlink store North Shields on 9/4/26.
And got a lovely welcome (CIAO)from Lisa.explained exactly what we were looking for ie .two two seater leather sofas we eventually found what we liked in a fabric choice then Lisa came along spotted that we had our eye on this sofa and she couldn’t have been more helpful sorted the measurements which were critical to us choice of leather we liked sorted the cost some saving she afforded us but just so pleasant and specially no hard sell from her delivery dates which were fine .then phoned us back at home for deposit etc all done and e mail sent asap .we have been looking for months at various stores but it’s the sales persons not leaving you alone to wander it just puts us off .but at silverlink with Lisa just perfect .
