Only 1 thing that could be better the wait time is quite a while

Was due a partial refund from a month ago under their price guarantee but despite ringing several times and being told it will get sorted, it still hasn’t. Hence reduction from 5 to 3 stars.

On the plus side, Metrocentre is a beautiful store and ‘Clem’ was a star salesman. 5 stars to him. The smell in the store ‘Gin and Lime’ I think, is addictive!

From the moment of walking through the door of Poltronesofa Metro Centre the staff were marvellous, Tricia is the assistant who dealt with us and to say nothing was a bother is an understatement, from the off her cheery Ciao set the scene for an easy and enjoyable experience in helping us choose our sofa, the delivery also was great the delivery guys Ronnie and Ronnie informed us of the delivery time and they arrived at said time. All in all a very positive experience.

from entering the store and receiving a very warm welcome the whole time I spent there was quite a delight. I dealt with a very nice guy whose name is Tom and he could not have been better. His knowledge of the furniture was second to none he also grasped what I was looking for immediately. I came away with a new corner unit and chair at a very good price.

men who delivered were polite and very efficient and delivery could not have been smoother

right from the off staff were extremely friendly and not in your face.
one of then staff, Simon, asked if we needed help and after hearing our request pointed us in the right direction as well as not being overbearing. After looking around the store Simon recognised we needed help and he stepped in to offer his expertise. Simon went out of this way to answer all of our questions as well as moving furniture and samples to help us choose our furniture.
From start to finish an enjoyable experience.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly. however the pumped in fragrance was a bit much and we almost left the store without a purchase.

Delivery was perfect the guys took extra care in manuevering the sofa around obstacles leading into house so as to avoid damage cleaning up wrapping and keeping everything clean in the process , rang us an hour before arrival to let us know they were on there way.. very pleased with the service and definitely recommend them

Salesman ordered the wrong Sofa however the order I signed was apparently correct although that’s open for debate.
Waiting for an outcome call, must say the delivery people my wife said were first class and handled the incorrect order very well.
I even agreed to keep the one we have if a deal can be done on a foot stool.
Still no call back yet as promised

Gliders were missing on delivery and sofa slightly damaged.
Told to go shop for gliders, but the shop were unable to help and we had to fill in a form online. No response from online request regarding gliders

From going into the shop to delivery we had an excellent experience. Staff in shop were helpful explaining the labels and choices of materials and let us look without being intrusive, I hate being followed around shops, this was NOT the case. We ended up buying the first sofa we sat on after trying all the others. Informed well on purchase options and kept informed on delivery. The delivery its self was excellent. We were kept informed on delivery times and the two delivery people were fantastic. Setting up the sofas and making sure we were happy with everything. Thank you
