Excellent communication regarding delivery. Arrived on time. Very pleasant staff.

The salesperson who I delt with (Clem) was very Knowlegable and informative he was very polite and explained evrything about the Sofa that I eventualy bought. I give him 10 out of 10.

Very easy to talk to tricia, she explained all I needed to know about the product very satisfied.

A friendly welcome at the Gateshead store where we were attended to by Abbey who was very informative and, after looking elsewhere, we were happy to go back and place an order. Just have to wait until October for delivery 😫 ..
and hope that it's on time 🤞
As an afterthought I would have liked something a bit more official than a tiny till receipt to confirm the order details 🤔.
Maybe I can go online 🤷‍♀️

The staff at the Metrocentre branch were first class. Very friendly,informative and helpful. They spent some time sourcing our furniture which we were very pleased with.

Showroom is really well set out. Staff were not in your face and let us wander about having a good look at the sofas. When we chose the one we wanted the lady that served us was very helpful

We had looked at a few sofas in different stores but as soon as we saw this one we knew this was the one. The lady who seen to us was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the door who asked if there was anything in particular that we were looking for, we told her we had a good idea and she said just give me a shout if you need anything. When we found the sofa we liked she explained all the colours and fabrics wr could have then what the system was for psyment and delivery,she was very professional and charming.

The delivery was earlier than expected. This was a positive not a negative. There was a fault on the fabric on one of the cushions which was reported immediately. Customer service responded within 24 hours and a new replacement is on its way. There was no issues with delivery. Delivery men were brilliant. Having to carry a 2 and 3 seater up a flight of stairs. They assembled sofas and were very jolly.

Great experience, left to browse there when we needed assistance, not pushy, helped us make our choice by showing what was available. Simon really stood out!
The delivery guys were fantastic, our sofa was brought in by very courteous guys, built within minutes, no mess 10/10!

Quick easy to set up they were here 1 second gone the next they were very helpful and they were kind and pleasant people

From the moment we arrived the team at Gateshead Namely Josh were fantastic.

I am a wheelchair user and I have a son who uses a disabled pushchair, the store is very accessible. I could get between all sofas unlike other places having to reroute or simply just go online.
2 floors with a lift also.

We have purchased a 3 seater sofa, arm chair and footstool. Our priorities were the accessibility for me but also fit 2 adults and 1 child on the sofa, something modern and not to low for me to transfer.
This was never a problem for Josh, he built a sofa in his head and took me to them all and which I liked also, together we found our dream sofa, exceptional service.

Now waiting for our new furniture

Delivery perfect staff brilliant both in store and delivery

The delivery was for my 80 year old mother. The delivery driver called and asked if they could deliver the furniture earlier in the day. Upon arrival the delivery staff moved my mothers old furniture into the hallway (which was to be collected by a local charity that day) before assembling her new sofas. Staff were polite and courteous. Fabulous service !

So helpful, let us look around without any hassle, did say come and see us if we seen anything, amazing sofas so much we liked a lot of them but we did pick one and bought it , didn't go to anywhere else as the quality and prices were outstanding.

Five stars for the lady in the shop Who with great patients helped and advised me. I can't say more until I see if they deliver on time

Poltronesofa just cannot be faulted from start to finish. We were welcomed in store we placed our order for our suite it actually was ready a week earlier than the due date. The two lads that delivered it were amazing they carried into room where it had to go fixed legs to it and at the end of delivery they took all packaging away. We would recommend poltronesofa to everyone. We are delighted with ours it’s just beautiful.

The customer service whilst in store was fantastic, whilst while taking receipt of delivery one of the delivery team was very unfriendly, the young lad who put the suite together was very friendly and well mannered however I felt it was rushed and certainly not done to a reasonable standard, I have since been back in touch about the quality of the future we paid nearly £4000 for with quite a few faults again this all has to be done online sending photos nothing but an absolute chew. We’ve managed to make an appointment however it is a while away due to the lack of appointments.
