On time, polite and friendly service.
My partner had hurt his back so wasn’t able to help with any of the delivery of our sofa and chair. The delivery was on time we were kept informed of the time slot and they arrived on time. The delivery drivers were polite, understanding that my partner was unable to help and even spent time plumping the pillows and arranging the cushions for us. Excellent all round . Ref BDC-932-933

Overall good experience

I’ve left a review not good there emailed me back saying thanks but it’s been modified? Whatever that means
My advice stay very clear, terrible service, lie not interest in your issues once sale has been completed

Excelent assistant
Amar was helping me, and I couldn't have asked for a better assistant. I had a problem with the colour match, and he kindly loaned me a sample to check with my decor.

Can’t fault SCS
Can’t fault SCS! No pressure to buy when you look round and when I told Nathan at the Luton store what I was looking for he led me to a good few he thought was what I wanted. He even emailed me the details so I could go home and measure and ponder on it. I booked an appointment later the following week., whereupon I ordered exactly the one I wanted at a good price, offered tea whilst the details were went through. Currently waiting my delivery in a few months. I’d heard good things about scs and they were all true. Pay them a visit if you’re in the market for a new settee or rug etc.

Friendly helpful member of staff in the store BUT it would of been nice to sit down at a desk to place the order.
Never had to stand at the chosen carpet before to order.

Just visited ScS Luton. Amar greeted us at the door and let us know he was there for any enquiries. Stayed close, whilst giving us the space we needed. We bought a sofa, along with some carpet and laminate flooring. Amar was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. All in all, a very enjoyable visit.
