We went into the Loughborough branch and it was lovely and relaxed atmosphere,we had a lovely salesman cant remember his name but think it began with an O,very helpful and knew his stuff.

Spot on service - Over the moon
Such a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was spot on. Not too pushy, which I like. Delivery was a doddle. I was contacted the day before with a time slot and again on the delivery day with a more accurate time. Our drivers Carl & Paul called when they were close by too which was nice.
Absolutely would recommend ScS, I'm a very happy customer.

Great service from ScS
We received our sofas from ScS today & are very happy customers :) the service has been great from start to finish & Marv & Paul who delivered them were on time, very polite & super efficient. They called an hour before they were due & it all worked brilliantly for us. The sofas are lovely quality & fit beautifully. Thank you ScS I would recommend you to anyone :)

Excellent delivery process
Buying process was straight forward. There was a slight delay in delivery from what was quoted but this was not an issue for us.
What made the experience 5 star was the delivery by Carl and Steve - efficient, friendly and cleared up all of the waste after setting up the suites.

Right really keen get you sale very helpful. But after sales were do I start . Crap arrogant waxx pixxpot company won't touch with a bargepole. bought broudie settee & 2 chairs 1 chair faulty after 2days. Colour patchy they said its not there fault

We found the gentleman who looked after us very helpful. We were shown lots of options and on our preferences he found the ideal Sofa and Chair we were looking for. Budget wise and Comfort. Highly Recommended.

SCS furniture delivered without any issues
Friendly crew (Shane & Nick) who communicated well and delivered the furniture with care. They positioned the items exactly as asked and removed all the packaging. Excellent service.
