A nice store, pleasant and helpful staff and excellent choice of products.

Great selection in showroom - lots of choice together with huge choice of different fabric finishes. Important to be able to try comfort of seating. Staff namely Brian were excellent help - we took our time over a couple of days with choices - whole experience was helpful & not rushed. Altogether very pleased.

From buying our new sofa till delivery yesterday we have 0 issues, communication at the beginning was nil & void, but 2 weeks before delivery we got regular updates... the guys who delivered & set up our sofa were excellent as temperatures were very extreme... ice cold water was passed to both of them

Notifications of arrival of sofa were regular and accurate. Friendly delivery drivers who worked quickly and efficiently to unpack, put together the sofa and clear away the packaging.

Had a complaint about sofa. So sent pics due to seating starting to sag after 3 months. Its sagged down 3''. Could be springs?. Paid a lot for this plus insurance on top and to cut story short, they cannot do anything. All they want is your money at the end of the day and that's it. Couldn't care less about you. So think twice about this Company before buying. This unfortunatly will be taken to the tip soon.

I really like how you are left to browse and not bothered by sales people. The sales assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. The sales rooms are calm and smell nice. I knocked off a star because the focus had been on monthly payments and I hadn't realised how expensive the sofa actually was. I would have preferred this to have been more up front.

The shop staff were very informative and helpful. The delivery men were great and on time. My only problem was the length of time it took from buying to delivery.

From start to finish service was brilliant, delivery was a month sooner than expected, lovely delivery guys , very tidy with packaging, we just had to be up to get a call from them as call came through at 6.20am delivered at 7.20am set up and gone by 7.45 am , well someone had to be first delivery , but very happy

The sales lady was very polite and explained mostly everything about the sofa and what the features are on the sofa and the different fabric colours that you can have on the sofa.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed and not pushy. Haven't received the chair yet, so can't comment on that, but very pleased withthe in-store experience.

Good experience and I was kept i formed of the delivery procedure. Very efficient delivery and setup of the settee. Not so happy with approx. 6 yards of wire laid out on the floor behind the settee which meant I could not walk behind the settee and I was warned not to fold up the wires as it could interfere with the operating mechanism. At the last minute I was told I could get a remote control instead of wires.

I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted.
The staff were very polite and helpful. I was shown a good alternative footstool for storage, which I added to my order. It was a very enjoyable experience.
