Excellent communication throughout delivery. Two delivery men were also excellent and very pleasant. Respectful of our property and very careful with our new furniture. Quick but thorough delivery and make up of suite. Well done first class service.

Douglas and Dean delivered on time and both professional and friendly. The younger new exactly what he was doing regarding assembly and making sure to take great care and was very likeable and a pleasure to have done my delivery 10 Stars.

The staff in Poltronesofa Kilmarnock were really pleasant and helpful. On our first visit David explained to us how the service works, that if we liked a sofa design or style, we could then get it in whichever colour and fabric we preferred. That really encouraged us to spend more time searching. Then Norman and Billie were very informative on our second visit. They helped us find a sofa we really liked, then matched it with a chair and footstool from another range so we could get a matching set. They gave us all the information we needed to be confident we were buying furniture that would last and would be protected. Norman put together a finance package that allows us to pay for the furniture at a pace that suits us. I would gladly recommend Poltronesofa in Kilmarnock to family and friends.

We were approached and the labels were explained to us , he then left us alone to have a look around . I made a decision all colour swatches were brought over, and the price difference explained. Gentleman was very helpful and informative , explaining all options and payment details .

We were welcomed without being pestered , explained to about the deals on offer, variety of colours and materials are amazing, we ended up buying sofa and got good discounts ,we were very happy with overall experience and the very helpful assistant

On entry to the Kilmarnoch branch we were met with a warm welcome from David who introduced himself he listened intently to us as we told him we had no idea what we were looking for. He suggested a look around we didnt look far before seeing what we liked he took time to show us the various materials, colours etc . Explained the mechanisms the after care. He has a calm reassuring manner which helped us be at ease. His customer care skills are excellent.
Having made the decision chosen the colour we paid our deposit. Later I phoned to ask if I could go back in and just check the colour David would be finished for the day but he would pass the information to colleague.
Once again we were warmly greeted by Billie who had the material we had chosen beside the sofa.
I cannot express what an amazing customer journey we had.
I have every confidence that when our purchases arrive we will be delighted.

I went in to choose a sofa for my new flat, I already had an idea of which one I wanted. Graeme came over and talked me through all of the options for a specific sofa I was looking at, and in the end I bought one that I'm very happy with. Fingers crossed it arrives sooner than anticipated 🤞😅
