Top class lovely guys cdnt do enough to help me so pleasant ...10 out of 10 ....thank you .....

We visited the Kilmarnock store and were served by Billy she was very helpful and polite, she even made tea for my husband.we did choose a sofa and ordered so very satisfied with the service so far

I wasn't out shopping for a new sofa that day , I noticed that the shop was opened again after renovations and decided to pop in for a look.
It was Easter weekend and there was a fantastic sale on.
I've been looking for a light blue 🩵 sofa for such a long time and spotted one in the shop .
I had a seat and it felt so good. I loved the material and it wasn't flimsy in any way. Then I noticed the price and couldn't believe it.
So I bought 2 lol . The staff were amazing, left me to wander around and sit down on the sofas. I'm still waiting for delivery but if the shop couch is as good as the one I ordered I'm going to be very happy

Starting off with delivery didn’t turn up after taking day off work arrived next day, delivery guys scratched floor in several places building chairs and sofa left one leg on sofa with loose screws of I hadn’t noticed it and sat on it it would have collapsed,didn’t put the back on chair properly so when moving it back came off only to find box cutter lodged down in seat then to top it off recliner stopped working 10 days later went to shop they told me their hands were tied and got to fill in online form and plus submit 6 photos (which wasn’t easy)then they emailed me next day and said engineer would come out to check it,when do you think there coming FIVE WEEKS TIME meanwhile I’m stuck with a chair I can’t use asked for a manager to call still waiting a Six days later.
Would I recommend them not in the slightest

Young man was very helpful. Not pushy. Gave us plenty of time. Didn’t rush us. We only went into store to look - no intention on buying that day but service was excellent. Just hope the furniture will be the same,

From the minute we entered the store we were made to feel welcome we were shown almost every sofa and seat in the showroom we made our selection paid and we're told expected delivery dates both items arrived exactly when they said they would, now that's service I would not hesitate to recommend scs

Choosing to buy my new chair and couch from SCS, has been the best experience. From the friendly, helpful sales team, right through to the lovely delivery team today, the service has been impeccable.

Bought 2 recliner chairs a paid £1500 they are a different shade and when I complained they dismissed my complaint saying this was normal.after some discussion with HO and the store they closed my complaint. I found that sales staff lied constantly and did nothing to help I certainly won’t ever return here and hope others think carefully before buying from them

We dropped into SCS last week to look at sofa beds
Norman was so helpful and after chatting he emailed some of the information we were after.
We returned today and again, we were served by Norman.
He answered everything we asked and more, he was so knowledgeable.
Nothing was a bother.
We bought a sofa bed and settee.
We never felt pressurised to buy anything.
Thank you so much for all your help, can't wait to get our new settees

Delivery guys were amazing very careful and put it all together in seconds. Very professional and both guys worked well together as a team, love my new sofa it’s very comfortable.

Scs cancelled first delivery date on that morning , no future date or reason given. We had disposed of our suite the day before, this left family, ( mother who is 84 yrs ) nothing to sit on. Customer service very hard to reach. Eventually got new date for ten days later. A delivery time given betweem 9am and 10am. Suite arrived at 15.30. Very dissapointed with scs and the service. I would discourage others from buying here. No apology or compensation even offered.

Very pleasant and helpful staff in store. Everything clearly explained. Communication about delivery was excellent. Delivered with care into room of choice. All packaging removed. Thanks ScS
