The sales team are very polite and friendly. They explained how the structure works and was told to ask for Lee if we needed more help. We made a purchase, AJ was also helpful, we didn’t want to leave as we have never had so much fun trying to buy a sofa. Hopefully everything goes smoothly with delivery etc.

Excellent service from start to finish, when we went to the shop the sales man was excellent not pushy at all but very helpful and informative a pleasure to deal with. We were kept fully informed with regards to our delivery and the delivery service was first class. Very friendly efficient delivery staff. We were contacted by phone on the day and were able to track the delivery van right to our door. Would recommend 100% to everyone. Perfect service.

Brendan was wonderful, he was so 'chill' and totally understood what personal space is. He asked what we needed or what we thought we needed and pointed us in the right direction, he then left us alone to roam thus meaning we didnt feel pushed, under-presure or suffocated. He saw we were needing help and so he approached us and offered great advice and direction. We left the shop fully informed and returned under an hour later to make our purchase.

Sunny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the range of sofas and chairs available. He made us a cup of tea while we weighed up the options before ordering.

We have been looking for a new sofa and a couple of chairs for a while, we to be honest have looked everywhere including Poltronesofa but simply couldn't make our minds up.
Once again, we visited the store in Wednesbury with the intention of one last look as we had seen one in another store we liked.
On entering the store we were warmly welcomed and no pressure given to just browse the store. We did find a sofa we had originally didn't try as although a three seater was only a two cushion design.
On trying it, it felt comfortable and we spoke to Lee who was one of the salespeople on duty.
There was zero pressure selling and he was extremely helpful.
Although the order was dearer than almost the same one we had seen elsewhere, the finish and material seems far superior.
We ordered it so just got to wait 12 weeks before we can give a full opinion on the service and final quality.

We had a great time in this furniture shop went for a walk around thinking we could never afford any of this furniture but we were amazed great quality and very well priced great staff always happy to help with any of your questions and reassurance on any product they sell not pushy just left you to brouse by such a great choice of furniture to suit your needs by the time we came out we ordered a three piece and such a great price I even got a cuppa result
