terrible communication
purchased a new sofa on 29th October at Ipswich.
Was promised an email confirmation in 10 - 15 minutes.
After 2 days, email still not arrived, so I spoke to your customer services department, they said they would re send it and put a copy in the post. Nothing arrived either via email or post.
Went back to the store 1st November, spoke to assistant manager who promised me he would look into it personally and send me an email confirmation by the end of the weekend, 3rd November.
Nothing arrived.
I went back to the store on 10th November, by this time, very disappointed, and spoke to the manager, who then printed me a copy of my order.
The only communication I have had is this request for a review. I am awaiting my new sofa with a certain intrepidation....

I am so sorry that you did not receive your order documents from us. At the time of your order we were updating our systems and apologise that this has not arrived with you.
I have requested for a copy of this and will have it emailed over as soon as possible

Customer service in store was excellent but we have still not received email confirmation of our sofa order, despite querying this in store and being told the ‘systems are being changed over’, we still have no confirmation

Great Service and information
After looking at a few settees in various stores, we went into ScS, and after asking what we wanted and needed, Simon assisted us with our new buy of a 3seater G-Plan and a G-Plan chair. Very Happy with our choice. Delivered and put together this morning by Gavin (Man with a Van). All in all Very happy with the service by both gentlemen.

Extremely helpful!
Simon and Chris were extremely helpful with putting the couch in my house! They even placed protective material on the floor to prevent any damage to our carpet. They also removed all packaging too! I’m very pleased with the delivery and couch itself!!

A fantastic service by Bailey and his manager Simon we only went in to browes and came out with 4 chairs which were in the sale, excellant condition and and a very good make .Bailey went the extra mile , both sellers are a credit to your company

Ten out of ten for excellent service
We were very impressed with the service we received from Bailey at the Ipswich store today. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful without being pushy. As testament to this, we purchased a sofa there and then.

Excellent service from Simon!
Went today to buy our new sofa, had a great experience, friendly staff and the manager, Simon was fantastic.
He helped us choose a sofa that fit in our very awkward living room (I am also very picky and was looking for something in particular) wasn't pushy and was great with our kids. Excellent customer service, he certainly did the store proud! (please pass this onto him)
