Being kept fully informed regarding our chair delivery was great,the delivery team arrived at the time they said they would. The delivery was first class and very professional. The staff at Poltronesofa Glasgow Fort were first class and very professional too from entering the shop,explaining our choice and workings of the chair.Zi was the staff member who explained things to us and made us feel at ease. We are delighted with the chair and have ordered 2more of the same.

There were no hard sell tactics used. That was something I particularly liked about our visit.

Right off the bat.....the gorgeous scent when I walked in the store. A lovely man named Gavin attended to me. No pressure sales talk. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Came back on the Sunday and purchased a sofa and chair. The process was so easy. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Professional and a classy showroom without the stuffiness.

Brought in two seater with protective covering but brought in three seater with no covering in the rain!
So when they went away and I was. Checking over the sofa it was wet.

I visited the store at The Fort retail park in Glasgow. I was only window shopping but I saw an ex display sofa and was interested in buying it. I approached a member of staff for some information, he was very helpful but he was the store manager, so when I decided to go ahead and buy it, he got a sales team member (Ryan) to go through the sale with me. Ryan was friendly and efficient. I received my receipt by email. As I wasn't actually looking to buy a sofa at that time, the store kindly agreed to keep the sofa for me until I return from holiday in a little over a week.

Absolutely excellent service. Called and spoke with Emily @ Glasgow Fort who then we met on 2 separate occasions in store to discuss and choose a suite. She was very polite, very helpful and overall a very lovely girl. We cant wait for our suite now.

Can't really fault it in anyway to be honest

From our first visit to the store, we had excellent service. Ryan was our salesman, not pushy at all, just let us wander about looking and when we finally arrived at a decision, we asked Ryan to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were kept informed about delivery by email. Delivery was on time and the two guys were very friendly/polite and put everything together quickly. Loving our new suite and very happy with SCS.

Staff in the store where great,Ordered a suite in January for it to get delivered in may with a cushion wripped and stained.now I have got to wait 12 weeks for a replacement.surely it should have been checked before leaving the manufacturer
