Ordered a sofa 17 weeks ago with the correct colour we wanted. Was delivered last Tuesday the WRONG colour. Even the delivery men said it was the wrong colour. Put in a complaint and they have come back with that this is the colour we picked and there is nothing they will do and if we want to take it further to get a solicitor and obviously they have all our money will not take this sofa back and refund us. Never ever will we buy from this company again. Terrible. So even having the warranty does nothing. It’s their word against ours. WE ORDERED CHARCOAL NOT GREY. Unacceptable.

I am very sorry to see that the colour of your furniture was not as expected when this has arrived with you.
Looking over your order I can see that we did ask for the supplier to review your concerns. We provided them with the batch labels and photographs however they have confirmed that the furniture that you have received, is correct for what was ordered.
A copy of our final response email has been provided should you wish to discuss this further with a 3rd party.
I am sorry that the outcome is not what you may have hoped for.

Super service
Super service from the 2 Darrens that were so helpful. I eventually picked a sofa that was perfect after visiting the store twice. I ordered a 2 seater sofa instead of a 3 seater which was easily rectified by Darren nothing was any bother to him. Happy customer and I am now waiting on my new sofa

Excellent .A great selection of sofas, Paul was knowledgeable, patient and so helpful.
We bought the first sofa we saw ,no pressure, exactly what we were looking for. Exceeded expectations.

staff were very friendly and competent. There was no pressure to purchase and they made the choice we eventually made, much easier. My only complaint would be we could not get a swatch of the sofa material. to assist with other purchases, curtains, cushions etc.

Excellent service
William and Douglas our delivery team were absolutely fabulous, they were thoughtful, respectful and did a great job of putting my furniture where I needed it to be. No moaning or disgruntledness just a great efficient service. They were brilliant 👏 the emails and updates were great too and kept us fully informed. All around good service😀

Terrible Customer Service
My parents who are 76 and 82 ordered a sofa from SCS back in February. The store assistant in the Dundee store (Paul Wilkinson) showed them a sofa which was on sale and they both liked it and he completed the paperwork. The day they were in he was really busy and rushed through the paperwork. My parents didn't check this as they thought he would have ordered the sofa he showed them. When the sofa arrived it wasn't the same sofa they ordered. The delivery men said they could keep the sofa until the correct sofa arrived. When they checked the paperwork they realised that the sofa the store assistant ordered was not the one he showed them. When they went back into the shop to speak to them about this he and the store manager both said that they should have checked it and they would not change the sofa. They were really cheeky to my parents and made out that they did not remember what they had ordered. The sofa they have isn't hugely different from the one they wanted but it was more the way the staff instore spoke to them. They were really annoyed. The level of customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
