I am over- impressed with the service received by the team at Poltronesofa, Croydon! From start i.e., ordering the sofa, being well looked after by Osa, our Customer Service Representative, to finish with delivery taking place way ahead of schedule, the experience has been impeccable. The delivery team made every effort to get our corner sofa into our home situated. I'm now sat on it and am soooo pleased with our choice! Thank you Poltonesofa! My sister will come see you soon🤩

Showroom staff very helpful, without being pushy. Delivery guys very polite. Their English not too good & if you were a little deaf, could have been a problem as very lightly spoken. Explained how item works. Recliner handled with care. Took all wrapping etc away. Very tidy. Notifications during transit exceptional - the BIG couriers/companies could learn a lot from your system. I will be honest, Freddie (French bulldog) did NOT like recliner at first. Now we fight over who gets first choice😂🤣😂 Oh yes chair superb leather. Almost a match, in colour, to sofa & 2x snugglers. Overall satisfied but did take a long time to provide, in this day & age.
I must admit I’m still rather confused though. I bought from/via SCS. I thought the ‘Italian’ connection was a subset not a takeover🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The delivery guys were great, we were kept informed of the arrival time and they brought everything in constructed the sofas, showed us how to use them and took all packaging away. Very happy 😃

OSA was very good . She took her time to show us around. Wasn’t pushy. It took us 3 visits to make up our mind up. And she was always polite and helpful.

Was given a delivery date when ordering the sofa, the member of staff in the shop was really professional and very informative about the sofas. Delivery date was confirmed week before. On the date was kept updated about the time slot, was also in formed when delivery team were caught up in traffic,they still arrived on time.the sofa was qiuckly put together checked all was working, and everything was fine. Friendly delivery team. They took all the package away. Can thank the whole team enough, sofa is lovely.
