Service was excellent - the person who looked after us (Gill) went out of her way to be helpful - we are looking forward to having the sofas delivered and would totally recommend this business to anyone

Delivery earlier than expectation set by sales person and early delivery on the day rather than late afternoon. Staff in the day were very polite, and careful.

The communication was excellent, they let me know the day before and phoned me to say they were 40 minutes away. They managed to get the sofas into the lounge with care and professionalism. They set the sofas up where we need them, sorted out the plugs for the raised leg mechanism. They were polite and courteous. I offered them a drink but they said no because the company track where they are and they cannot stay too long at any of the houses. That is a shame given how hot the day was when they delivered

From payment (Feb) to getting the chair (June) was too long but pleased with it now it’s here.

Guy that delivered the sofa were amazing but the quality of the sofa is a absolute let down not happy at all after what we paid and as usual once scs have delivered you can't contact them to tell them about the faults,have been trying all day

We purchased 1 sofa earlier this year.
Which was made is Scotland. We also had 2, 2 setter recliners which came from Italy these were a lot longer deliver time.
The delivery men on both occasions were amazing! Extremely polite friendly, very presentable kept us up to date on the day about the time they would be with us.
