Bought leather 3 seat sofa and chair August last year 2025, within a month called to report seats were losing support, the leather on the side of arms was all wrinkling around the recline switches and getting worse by the day, they sent Emmira out and they said it was natural settlement, not after 1 month it isn’t, they came out put more foam in seat of 1 chair and 1 half of sofa also took to pieces and stretched the leather back on arms, the by January the sofa looked shabby and looked like one side was collapsing on one side, they came out again and said it had a compressed mechanism, but they state this isn’t a manufacturing fault, they claim it is the way we sit on it, I have never heard anything so rediculous in my life as the whole purpose of buying a sofa and chair is to sit on, if you can’t sit on a sofa and chair without it developing a fault the IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, they refuse to do anything about this, I can’t stop payment as paid in full, I had a sofa and chair from SCS before it was bought out by Poltranesofa we had it for well over 5 years and never had a problem, never sank on seats or collapsed mechanism , it was like new when we sold it, we sat on that just the same as we sit on this one but this it totally NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, I want it taken away and a refund but they refuse to admit it is substandard, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY, this is not about the store or the staff in that store it is the quality of the furniture

Guys who delivered were lovely! Really friendly and respectful in our home! They delivered quickly and efficiently, and we were really impressed with the service.

Ali at ScS Chesterfield who originally sold us the sofa, was nothing short of amazing! He was so friendly and professional, and we really appreciated that he was on hand to answer questions if we needed.

We attended the store with no idea what style of sofa we wanted. We was greeted by Claire and she was very lovely and helpful from to get go. Claire made sure we tried and tested the sofas and was such a huge help, after returning to the same sofa multiple times Claire made sure we looked at all the fabric/colour options and ensured our visit was stress free and smooth. We was unsure if we was going to purchase a new sofa but walked away with something so cosy and lovely and i can’t wait for delivery!

Will definitely be returning to possibly purchase a recliner at a later date!

We were met with a friendly salesperson Claire, who was informative but not pushy. She left us to look around but was available when we had questions. the quality of the furniture seems to be of a high standard at an affordable price. As a result of the quality of the product and the friendly helpful assistant we bought a settee.

They let you take time to consider what it is you are actually looking for rather than following you around and making unsolicited suggestions. Totally relaxed experience which made my decision to buy a happy experience.

Your sales consultant Luke was extremely helpful and courteous. He left us to browse after explaining the sofa styles and fabrics but very knowledgeable when answering our questions and throughout the purchasing process. Great experience and we would happily recommend.

Furniture delivered safely and on time. Driver kept in touch regarding arrival time. They were both considerate and polite. Took their shoes off without asking so had respect for our home. Loving the recliner chairs!!!

Whilst buying sofa and chair from the shop we had to wait whist sales person disappeared and had discussions about another customer (more important?). When assistant returned we were again interrupted when other customer asked a question. We must have been less important!
Also found out from invoice that the Italian Sofa was actually from A Share and Son in Sunderland. Are you not conning the public with mis - representation in your adverts?

I have used your company a few times and have never had a problem,any problems I've had had always been sorted quickly.The two lads that delivered my new furniture were lovely,very helpful and respectful,asked if they needed to take their shoes off but as long as they was clean I didnt mind,love my new furniture,so far so good 😊
