Bobby really made our day
Bobby really made our day! He made us feel at ease, and we loved that we was able to just look around at our own pace without being followed like in other sofa shops.
We really are excited to receive our sofa and thank you to Bobby for going above and beyond. Not just for us. But for the kids and my mom too!

Well, what can I say, such a lovely atmosphere, friendly approachable Sales Team. I was left to peruse with a coffee, and fell in love with a beautiful sofa. After serious thought, I returned with my mom, and we all engaged in great conversation, and I paid my deposit. Bob was amazing as were all members of staff, very easy transactions. We got a lovely tote bag too. Service like this is priceless, Grazie, Arrivaderci....

I am very sorry to see that you have concerns with your chair following the delivery.
We do send all customer a copy of our care guide, via email, when a order is placed in store to keep your furniture looking its best.
If you feel that there may be a manufacturing fault present with the seat leather then please complete our online contact form.

Great post-sale, pre-delivery communication. Clear instructions as to when to expect our delivery.
Great delivery-setup service, very quick & tidy.

Very disappointed
The recliner three-seater settee is power opereated which we were not told when it was ordered; I assumed it was manual.
There is nowhere close enough to plug it in without causing a trip hazard to a 90-year-old.
So, we have paid extra for something that can't be used.
