Was kept updated throughout on day before and of delivery itself. Items were assembled efficiently and quickly. Team very helpful with demonstrating and advising.

The staff were very helpful, helping me to luck for a flat back sofa and a colour we would be happy with

Whilst our delivery was a little delayed, when the delivery arrived the two people who came with the delivery were extremely efficient, polite and careful in offloading our suite and assembling same.

The staff go out of their way to help, it was a very relaxed and comfortable experience. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Excellent service. No pressure from staff when browsing but on hand when we needed information about certain items. Staff had deep knowledge of eg colour & furniture textures. We are extremely happy with our choice of settee & easy chair. It is to replace our current furniture which was bought from SCS!

We was sent an email for delivery on Friday the 1st of may only to get a text msg on the morning of delivery to say it was not coming until the following Friday. We had our old furniture taken away ready for delivery so we had no furniture to sit on for a week we are pensioner's and I had not long had a knee replacement

Unreal. The sofa is ridiculously comfortable. The build quality is so great. Heavy, sturdy and definitely feels built to last. From start to finish the process has been smooth. In store to delivery and set up. Everyone was super kind and respectful. 10/10 it’s so great to be able to write a review like this. Everyone at the Bromborough store has made it extremely easy to write.

Really helpful and polite delivery people

Ordering in the store, very good, Aaron was especially helpful with our selection explaining options available. Staff in general in the store were always polite and helpful. Delivery on the other hand was quite stressful, given a time between 11 and 3 pm initially then on the morning of delivery time changed to 11 and 1 pm. Followed delivery using the tracking app and watched the vehicle criss crossing the Wirral. Initially message said two deliveries before us, but then vehicle headed out to Knowsley. Times kept updating to show expected delivery nearer to 3pm. Delivery staff very polite and efficient, but delivery routes/tracking needs addressing.

Great customer service & a friendly welcome but not too much in your face pushing you to make decisions or orders
