Very pleasant and helpful gentleman advised me on a sofa, also I bought a rug.
No pressure, I don't like it when the sales people follow you around and try to sell you something unsuitable. There was nothing like that in the store.
He sorted out delivery etc.
Hopefully the delivery and quality of the items I bought will be as good as the service in the store.

Absolutely awful. Misleading. Missold the delivery. The sales rep in the shop at imperial park in bristol ensured it was hassle and stress free. "Our delivery team will deliver it, get it in and set it up, give a demo with motors etc.

Delivery driver arrived and said they wernt trainned to split the sofa to get it in the room so they just left it in the kitchen. There was no set up or anything.

Me and my wife had to undo the staples on the back to un hindge it our selves. Awful sales rep !!!

On 12th January 2025, I sent an email online to ScS Brislington with photos to ask for advice about an expensive sofa bought in Bristol August 2021, which is already showing signs of losing colour from the leather. I expected a reply within 2-3 days, but no reply. I sent another email on 27th January, with again no reply within 2-3 working days. Waiting times on the phone are between 95-183 minutes! I did receive a phone call on 3 February which I could not take. I called back as requested, but again offered a wait of 95mins. I tried to phone again on 7th February, again a very long waiting time. I did not want to complain, but simply to be given some advice on how to proceed with the sofa repair without invalidating the warranty. I am now very unhappy by the lack of Customer Service provided by ScS.

Absolutely incredible service! We live on the 3rd floor, and Russell, Simon and Simon did an amazing job. Everything was brought up super quickly, and put into my living room just how I liked it. 5* service! Thank you!

Wide selection of sofas, styles, textures plenty to try for personal comfort at the Hartcliffe way store. The manager was lovely, very friendly and informative no pressure to make a purchase all enquiries answered and a informative sale with all the after care advice and optional insurance which we chose to include was made. Only downside was the tv then showed free deliveries on offer for a limited period, so my partner contacted the Sunderland number as no number could be found for the Hartcliffe store, which resulted in a call back and informed that I would receive a email to further this enquiry to which no contact has been received,this is my only disappointment of ScS as when spending a lot of money the after sale care is important. I do recommend the Hartcliffe store highly.

Dai and Scott delivered my sofa today. Delivery was great as they contacted me regularly to let me know what time to expect them. They were professional, polite and friendly.
Very pleased with the product and the prompt service. They assembled my sofa quickly and positioned it where I wanted it and then removed all the rubbish
