The young man who served us was very polite ,and didn't rush us , so we were allowed to look around without being pestered , but he was there when we needed him .

Great friendly service. The staff certainly appear to take pride in the layout of the shop and the products they sell. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the sofas we bought would not be delivered for another 6 weeks or so because they wanted to wait for replacements to arrive and that means that our sofas (which have been paid for) would remain on display on the shop floor during that time. This is something we are not really happy about.

From the monent we went into the showroom (2 days before we ordered), it was a nice greating and non pushy sales experience.

Sidra, greeted us and was very pleasant, helpful and just really nice. I'm a sales person by trade and so I hate hard sell - let me tell you she was the ultimate professional, and with her colleague Damian, made us both feel easy.

After walking around the store, we centred on a sofa that looked amazing.

From that moment, both Sidra and Damian were amazing in terms of talking us through the product. If you want a good buying experience, this was it !

So we came back 2 days later (after calling to see when they were both working) and ordered strtaight away - again they made sure everything was right. I love this as both a consumer and a sales person as they really care.

Only thing I can finish on is to say thse guys were amazing. Put your trust in them. Thank you Sidra and Damian. John, Kelly & Buddy.

I felt that the pricing structure is misleading. The ticket price on the chair was £649, we chose the fabric and went ahead with the purchase. When I checked the invoice, that had been emailed to me, I have been charged extra £50 a chair. I contacted the store to be told that this was to cover the chosen fabric this charge was not explained during the sale. I also think the delivery charge is excessive.

Was left to walk around and was checked on a few times but we did most of the asking about certain items. The person we dealt with was very accommodating with our needs.

Visited the Blackburn store greeted my Patrick who ran us through different fabric options and customisations. Left us to have a wonder round occasionally checking in if we needed any guidance . Found the sofa we wanted for us sorted with payment and delivery quickly . Would definitely recommend this branch very helpful and friendly. Thanks Patrick.
