I ordered 2 sofas from ScS Aberdeen on January 2026.After 3 months waiting we are receiving both one dirty second one with big holes under sofas .We are rejecting deliveries. .We are asking ScS team about repair or replacement for new one .Now we are close to July and we are still without sofas .Nobody from ScS can explain when we get sofas for our house.No one trying to contact with us Service is very poor .Then 6 months after ordering we are seated at floor in our living room.
Technician has been booked 3 time and nothing sorted until today When I call at infolinie nobody hung up phone .Any service and infolinie is very poor. When you left messages nobody call back .

After Another month and ( technical check) Today is 06/08/26 for sure ,we are waiting for any phone about our sofas it’s joke Customer service, don’t hung up phone . It’s our first and last experience with SCS sofas definitely !!!!

Great advice and support

I'm very disappointed with how I was treated. The delivery team damaged two of my hallway cabinets while bringing the sofa into my living room. This happened because they were lazy and didn't bother to unscrew the sofa legs. I reported it on the day of delivery, June 25th. The one-seater sofa was damaged, and I reported it too, but they sent me an insurance policy and said the damage wasn't covered. Poltronesofa is ignoring my problem. The store's employees are only nice when they want to sell something, and after the sale, everything else is the customer's problem, even if the delivery team was unprofessional and caused damage to the house and a very expensive sofa. I do not recommend shopping at this store!!!

Received a warm welcome from Micheal when I entered the store at Kittybrewster Aberdeen.
Told him what I had seen online and wanted to see it and try it out before purchasing.
He was knowledgeable, informative and answered all my questions.
The manager was also very nice and the service was straightforward with no pressure.
2 chairs and sofa purchased within 20minutes.

Michael was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helped me pick out my perfect sofa for my new home. Thank you for such a brilliant, attentive service and for making the experience smooth, simple and fun!

Sam and Derek were so lovely! Sam showed us to the sofa that fit our description perfectly and took out materials to fit our colour scheme. He made such great conversation and was such a laugh. He was very informative about warranty and what everything entailed to ensure we were clued up before purchasing. He gave us a great deal and also provided waters for us (offered coffee but was a hot day). He also provided us with a free tape measure before even purchasing anything. A great salesman and recommend to everyone!

We visited the Aberdeen store to view the chairs. We went around the store and sat on the chairs that we liked. The sales person was extremely helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately we cannot remember his name as we had a lot to take in. We do remember him saying he came from Sri Lanka. We picked the chairs that where the best for us. Cant wait to receive the chairs.

Missed their delivery date several times and very poor communication from them so we had to do all the chasing to find out what was happening.

Somebody also needs to tell SCS that "Ciao" is considered a very informal and an over familiar greeting especially given the fact they are dealing with an unhappy customer that is already expressed dissatisfaction with their unprofessional attitude towards communication with their customer.

I was so impressed with the salesman Mr Sam who was lovely and cheerful. He was the one that really made us decided to go for the choice of Sofa we bought. We initially would’ve gone to DFS.

The salesperson was great, I think he cold sell absolutely anything😀. He was a pleasure to do business with. Delivery was on time as planned and the 2 guys were professional and obviously knew what they were doing 😃. All in all an ex excellent service.

Staff very helpful and explained everything. It’s just the waiting time I don’t like. But there is a chance it might come earlier than the delivery day.

Not normally one for leaving reviews but there was this very helpful and easy going gentleman named Michael who was a pleasure, he very much takes pride in his job and he helped us with everything we needed will definitely be back again

Buyer beware! A young couple bought a sofa for their first house from the Aberdeen store and it was never delivered. They were told it was coming and paid the full balance. Weeks later they were having to chase and were told different versions of what was happening but it was definitely on the way. Eventually the Manager admitted the sofa was lost and they would be re-joining the queue with another 12 week wait. No loan sofa available so they were looking at a 6 month period with nothing to sit on. Absolutely lack of understanding for their plight by the Manager and he had been boasting to his colleagues in store that he had "saved the deal" when they had to re-order. After a visit to the store they also discovered the sofa had since been reduced which the Manager neglected to mention. Shocking behaviour from such a large company. The sofa has now been cancelled and a new one ordered from DFS with a 2 week delivery window. Avoid disappointment and go elsewhere.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognise the customer service of Lisa. We really appreciated her time and guidance when we were in store. Lisa made our purchase experience very enjoyable. She came across such a lovely person, and her customer service was exemplary. The quality, range and colour choice of sofas are plentiful and superior to other sofas we viewed from comparable stores.
