Excellent quality scrubs. Well made and practical.

Ordered three pairs of Cherokee scrubs with my name embroidered. They came relatively quickly and the scrubs are good quality. Embroidery on one of the scrub tops was faulty but I reached out to customer services and Gill immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. It is perfect so no complaints as I have been made right. Gill was very professional and apologised for the fault on behalf of the company.

Communication is poor. I emailed them on 31st Jan abouty order that I received and still no response. I even returnedy good and requested a refund so I could repurchase in the next size up and again no acknowledgement or response. I sent my returns item 1st class recorded delivery signed for so have proof of its arrival and still no refund or response.

Great experience using Scrubs UK, I searched high and low for certain scrub trousers and thankfully they had them, great customer service from someone called Gill! Thanks so much again for all your help!!

Avoid buying from here. Waited 3 weeks with no delivery and no communication.
They are a middleman and order their scrubs from China, shipping them to customers. That is why deliveries take so long. Avoid them and buy your scrubs elsewhere.

I ordered scrubs 17 days ago and not dispatched, no updates on the order and no response to the email I sent. (Order 14577)

If they'd emailed to say there's a delay it would be fine, but instead they've taken my money and haven't communicated at all.

EDIT: The scrubs arrived on the 25th. 25 days after ordering them. They didn't reply to my email, and only sent communication 2 days after delivery after a Paypal dispute had been raised a week before.

Staff were fantastic, super helpful in advising me on the different ranges and sizes of scrubs they sell! Scrubs and embroidery are perfect!!

Great service, have been getting my scrubs here for the past year now! Best embroidery and great team who really go above and beyond to help!

Over 2 weeks with no communication and no delivery.

It looks like other people have had the same experience too. Seems like these repeated generic positive reviews are an attempt by the company to cover up their recent performance.

I know covid has messed things up but at least tell people that their item won’t be shipped! This is workwear. I would rather be refunded and purchase somewhere else so I actually have the clothes I need to wear to work. I can’t afford to buy two separate (expensive!) outfits because one of them didn’t turn up.

I hope things work out for you as a company, I do, but please communicate better with your customers and be upfront about expected delays.

Poor customer service. I was sent the wrong uniform and they are expecting me to pay for the postage again to have the new uniform sent out. Avoid avoid avoid!

I have ordered a medical suit 3 weeks ago and they never sent it to me. So unprofessional and irresponsible company. I have sent many emails to them and they were lying about my order, they didn't even know when the providers will send them the suits. Also nowhere in the site is saying that half of the suits are out of stock and you have to wait weeks for the delivery.
I had to cancel my order and purchase the same suit from another site which has sent me the parcel the same day!! Avoid ordering from them at all cost!

“Scrubs UK” yeah sure! More like Scrubs middle man. All they do is take your money and then order the scrubs from China. Placed an order and 3 months later still awaiting for them to come from overseas. Emailed for updates and just been ignored!

Save yourself time and money and order else where or order directly from the supplier. Not from these! Jokers

This review is definitely about you! Now you may have recently changed suppliers as you’ve only just updated and changed your review today 17/08/21 so just like your poor customer service your honesty has just become a little shady too!
