Fabulous product, fast delivery, recommend to all.

Service was amazing, slight problem with damage sue to delivery and was rectified immediately for us, the screens and planters look amazing!! would highly recommend this company and will be using again.

I purchased 2 round planters with screens in a rust effect. Honestly I initially was surprised as the first thing that came out of the package was the screws etc and they just looked rusted. However once everything was put together I can now see the overall effect. Putting together on my own was not a problem, but ensure you're where you want them to end up as adding the screen to the planter makes it a lot heavier. Now just looking forward to adding plants.

Must say these I got the light screens for my outbuilding. They look absolutely stunning. Very good product with L.E.D. light great quality product. Reasonable price.

I would have given one star if it was not for the customer service employee who tried her best to get the issues resolved.
purchased two of the 90x180 cm screens with planter box, after one week from the purchase no one has contacted me to schedule delivery and it was only after I have initiated the contact I was told it will take place within 4 days!
Item arrived in a bulky wrapping with heavy wooden pallets with the only option to have package dropped at kerb side, delivery driver wouldn't even agree to take the pallets back.
Opened the package to find out that the screens where badly bent and damaged (despite the bulky wrapping which apparently didn't protect the items).
called customer service and asked for a refund or a replacement of the damaged parts. customer service were helpful in getting the replacement arranged which arrived 10 days later in yet another heavy set of pallets! I ended up having to pay 100 pounds to dispose the packing and damaged panels.
assembly instructions suggests that panels need to be secured to a wall which defies the purpose of using them as privacy screens according to their website suggestion.
Panels are not sturdy enough and keep shaking in the slightest wind.
would not recommend at all.

Easy to order online and fast deliver with good communication and updates.
