Excellent company and 10/10 for customer service. Delivery was next day and so quick. I realised I purchased the wrong items and Wendy Pallatt was out of this world in assisting in the collection and refund. These are the type of companies that will bend over backwards to help and there aren’t a lot like this that do. I know this is only a 5 star rate but would happily give 10/10.

I loved my first order screen so much that I ordered 2 more.
Wendy from customer service went above and beyond to get the order I wanted dispatched in super quick time.
These screens add an elegant touch to any modern room inside or out. I have also used the screens in the garden to create an archway looking through to the koi pond. The price is amazing and the quality is obvious. Don't be fooled by the big bargain stores , the product is not in the same league. Now I just need to find somewhere else I could add that touch of elegance to.

Found some fixings missing (concrete bolts to secure posts to the ground, self tapping screws to fix the panels to the posts and rails), chips in the coating which may allow it to rust.
On a positive I contacted them about the bolts and they said they would send some.
Overall its a case of you get what you pay for, and the product is 1/2 price of competitors, and i can see why.

This really is a great company. I have recently bought two composite screens from them on two different occasions. Both had the same seamless ordering process from start to finish. The screens are of a great design, have arrived when promised (texts from courier and considerate drivers) and extremely well packaged. I have used other companies in the past to purchase garden screens but this is by far the best for service and quality. I will definitely order from again in the future. Thanks.

In a world of constant let down this company have excelled in all areas . Ordered 6 screens on Bank Holiday Monday May 7th 2024 and received my order on Thursday 9.15am. All packaged incredibly well with hard plastic corners to overly protect my 6 screens and wrapped in indestructible tape it seemed ha ha . Wendy in the office is brilliant with her virtually instant email reply to a thank you email. Brill service and screens has totally transformed my patio area of my garden . Beautiful screens and next day delivery...what more could you ask for!? I ordered two full size Ria Composite screens, which were an ideal 8mm thickness for me. I used one as a floating side of a pergola and it is nice and solid. The other one I cut in half and used as doors for a storage cabinet - it took zero effort to cut using a jigsaw (was like going through butter). Very happy I came upon this company as I had been looking at other options that made me choose between very thin or very thick screens. Would highly recommend.
