Trustworthy service with good communications
I've got to admit I was slightly concerned letting the car get taken away without any payment being made up front. They pay by BACS once the car's been removed. The comms all said within 48 hours typically. I was paid the same day it got taken. All in all a good experience and would use this service again if I have to scrap another vehicle in future.

Can't really say anything other than "taken car 3 weeks ago, but not paid"
They arranged collection pretty quickly. Good comms via text and the chap who came was nice. All good - this was late August and collected end of the month - there is a 2 day payment timescale apparently. From here it is where it went wrong... No payment received and we are three weeks since collection. I have emailed a couple times and no response. Essentially taken my car which I have now scrapped with DVLA and not paid - unless generously interpreted, theft of over £400.
Thankfully I have multiple extensive Ring videos downloaded and screenshots along the way of communication from them. Just missing is the purpose of the website, to get paid.
I waited three weeks before writing any reviews and contacted via email, which I believe was ample and fair opportunity, before I get the boiler plate response.

I’m genuinely sorry that this happened. You were right to expect your payment to be made promptly, and on this occasion, we got it wrong.
I have tried to call you personally to apologize, and I’m very sorry that your emails were not responded to as they should have been. There is no excuse for the delay or the lack of communication.
Your payment will be with you by 5:30pm this evening.
If you would like to call us, I’m more than happy to speak with you personally, discuss what happened and apologize again.
Would defo use again
Booked my car in for an AM collection. When there was still no sign of the driver by midday I called up & a friendly guy rang the driver & informed me the driver would be ringing me which he did. The poor guy had had a nightmare with his trailer needing to be fixed and informed me he would be with me at 3pm which was no problem. The driver was really friendly & had the car loaded & was on his way within 10 minutes. The cash hit my bank within an hour!! Really great service all around.
