Love the Au Lait range and have used it for many years.
Bought quite a few products in the latest sale and the service and delivery was excellent.

Excellent products
Excellent products. Packaging is the best I’ve seen . Very secure ! Delivery mainly good. When a parcel was delayed I was able to report it and they resolved the problem with the courier ! Good job done !

Fantastic Products and Excellent Service
I placed my first order with Scottish Fine Soaps Company recently and would highly recommend them. I received excellent customer service, prompt delivery and the products make wonderful gifts or treats for yourself and family.

Very good customer services
I ordered some gifts for Christmas and accidentally sent the order to a previous address. Parcel force weren't very helpful.
I spoke to Charlene in customer services and she got the order rerouted to my address, also keeping me updated throughout. Great company and great products. I will definitely be ordering again.

Disappointing customer service…
I bought my husband some of the toiletries & he liked them so I thought I would order ahead for xmas.
I hadn’t bought direct from this company previously.
It was a verydisappointing first interaction with the customer service.
They responded to my query regards an online offer but didn’t answer or resolve the question nor did they follow up once I replied to their request for information.

Easy to use website
Easy to use website. Prompt delivery and product well packaged.
The oatmeal soap that I ordered, is long lasting with a clean fragrance. Would highly recommend.
